Come meet me and 100+ of my adoptable friends at Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue's MEGA adoption event, Home for the Holidays! Saturday, November 14th, 2026 at the Warren County Career Center from 11am - 3pm!
Meet Lottie! At 3.5 years old and 61 lbs, Lottie is a beautiful Great Pyrenees who deserves nothing less than a fresh start and a lifetime of love. Recently surrendered to a shelter, Lottie has been through more than any dog should have to endure. She came into rescue underweight, frightened, and unsure of the world around her. Now, she's looking for someone who will show her that the best chapters of her life are still ahead.
Lottie can be timid when meeting new people, but don't mistake her shyness for a lack of love to give. Once she learns she can trust you, she'll happily hop on the couch with you and demand all the affection you have to offer! Honestly, Lottie is about as close to the total package as they come. She's friendly with other dogs, good with older children and men, and peacefully coexists with the cats in her foster home. She's perfectly house-trained, sleeps quietly in her crate all night, and spends her days happily lounging around. Sweet, well-mannered, and easy to love - Lottie has many wonderful qualities that make her an exceptional companion.
Lottie does have some important requirements for her forever home. She must have a yard with a secure physical fence where she can safely enjoy the outdoors. An understanding of livestock guardian breeds is essential. Her future family will either have previous experience with these breeds or have thoroughly researched their unique temperament, instincts, and needs before applying.
Lottie's family should be one that understands that bringing a dog into their lives is a lifelong commitment, not a decision that can be revisited when circumstances become inconvenient. She is looking for adopters who have demonstrated a consistent history of responsible pet ownership, who prioritize routine and preventative veterinary care, and who are prepared for the financial and emotional responsibilities that come with caring for a dog throughout her lifetime.
Lottie isn't looking for just any home. She's looking for her forever family — the ones who will give her the patience, security, and unconditional love she deserves. In return, they'll gain a majestic companion - loyal and devoted for life.
Lottie is fostered in the Cincinnati area. Her adoption fee is $275.00.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
