Story
Come meet me and hundreds of adoptable pets at Cincinnati's mega adoption event, My Furry Valentine! Saturday, February 21st and Sunday February 22nd at Spooky Nook Sports! Meet the Poison Pups! Toxic names - totally harmless cuddles. These Great Pyrenees pups were born on November 24th, 2025. Oleander is a 2-month-old boy with big paws, fluffy fur, and classic puppy enthusiasm. At 15 lbs, he’s a confident little explorer who loves playtime, tug toys, and being right in the middle of whatever is happening. He’s friendly, curious, and delightfully clumsy in that irresistible puppy way. Side effects may include instant love. Oleander is fostered in the Cincinnati area. His adoption fee is $400.00. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

Toxic names - totally harmless cuddles. These Great Pyrenees pups were born on November 24th, 2025. They are as sweet as they are fluffy. They love to romp around the house and see what puppy trouble they can get into, but once they are tired, they love nothing more than to cuddle up in the lap of their foster family. We hope no one tells them that pretty soon they will be far too big to be lap dogs! The poison pups have been socialized with other dogs, kids and cats in their foster home. They have done well with everyone they've met and are curious about everyone and everything! Because of their breed and their size, the poison pups would do best in homes with fenced in yards as they love to roam the yard and need lots of room to grow! These will be large dogs when they are full grown, will require lifelong grooming and will likely have some personality traits that are consistent with that of their breed, so potential families will need to take these things into consideration when applying for these adorable fluffs! The Poison pups can't wait to meet you! Once exposed, you’ll never want the antidote! If these puppies seem like the right fit for your family - apply today! Their adoption fees are $400. WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 💙🌊 Meet Glacier — Your Loyal Adventure Buddy with a Heart of Gold 🌊💙 (11 Months • 50 lbs • Male • Professional Best Friend) Some dogs are fun. Some dogs are sweet. And then there’s Glacier — the kind of dog who makes you stop and think, “How has he been waiting this long?” At just 11 months old and 50 pounds, Glacier is that magical in-between size: big enough for real adventures, small enough to fit perfectly into your life (and your lap… he tries). He’s playful without being wild, affectionate without being clingy, and calm enough to settle in for end-of-day snuggles like a total pro. 🐾 Glacier’s Greatest Hits: • Fantastic with other dogs — friendly, respectful, and social • Walks beautifully on or off leash, always checking in and staying close to his person • Loves the water — rivers, splashes, wading like a happy little otter • Playful during the day, snuggly and chill at night (the best combo) • Deeply affectionate — the kind that leans into you like you’re his safe place His favorite walks at the ranch? Heading down to the river, where he can explore, splash, and soak up life at his own peaceful pace. Glacier doesn’t need chaos to be happy — he just wants his person, a little adventure, and a lot of love. What really tugs at the heartstrings is that Glacier has spent far too much of his puppyhood in rescue. While he’s stayed gentle, trusting, and joyful, it’s time he finally gets to know what it means to belong — a couch that’s his, people who are his, and a life that’s more than just waiting. He would be an absolute dream for an outdoorsy person or family — someone who loves walks, nature, water, and coming home to a dog who’s equally excited to cuddle up and call it a day. If you’re ready for a loyal companion who will walk beside you, splash beside you, and snuggle beside you — always staying close… 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org — Glacier is more than ready to be someone’s forever. 🐾💙

Hi my name is Eden. I am very loving and sweet. I am gentle with babies and children. I get along with cats. I love my walks and I am very protective of those I love. medium to low energy. Very sweet, loving and gentle. I love Raw Hides, running around the back yard, going for walks and snuggling with my humans. Eden does well with cats and children. She would be best as an only dog as she gets over excited when greeting other dogs. Eden knows how to sit and shake. She is potty trained. She is a Great Pyrenees which means she will protect your house with her voice.
