Story
Falkor is a confident, energetic little spitfire who loves to play, explore, and learn. He’s crate trained and thriving with routine, and he’ll do best with an adopter who enjoys training and structure. He is about 8 months old and weighs 60lbs. Falkor can be slow to warm up with new dogs, so he’ll need patient, positive introductions, but once he bonds he’s affectionate, goofy, and full of personality. Falkor is very kid and cat friendly!  He’s a smart pup with tons of potential and will make a loyal, entertaining companion. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   April 16, 2026, 7:32 pm

Story
Hi! My name is Chappell Bone. I’m a sweet, gentle girl who is adjusting well and loves having a soft dog bed where I can curl up and nap. I do well with other dogs and kids and really enjoy getting love and attention from my people. I’m a calm girl who prefers a quiet life rather than lots of activity, and I’m probably not the kind of dog who wants to go on regular walks. My perfect home would be on a farm or a large property, as I’m not a city girl and busy, crowded environments make me uncomfortable. I would do best in a peaceful, rural setting with plenty of space where I can relax and feel safe. I’m not sure how I feel about cats just yet.To adopt one of our animals, please visit our shelter, open Tuesday-Friday from Noon-5pm and Saturday from Noon-4pm. You may also submit an application online from our website at http://www.HelpTheAnimalsINC.com/adopt.

Story
My name’s Stryker, and I’m a big, lovable Great Pyrenees/Shepherd mix looking-e! I don’t mean to brag, but I’ve been told I give the best hugs—big, fluffy, full-body snuggles that will make all your worries disappear. I promise, if you’re looking for a cuddle buddy, I’m your guy! I get along with most dogs, but I like to take my time getting to know them first—just to make sure we’ll be good friends. As for cats? Well… that’s still a mystery! No one’s really tested that yet. I’d love a home where I can enjoy the outdoors because I do not like it indoors at all. I do want to be with my people. To adopt one of our animals, please visit our shelter, open Tuesday-Friday from Noon-5pm and Saturday from Noon-4pm. Story
🐾✨ Meet Lark! ✨🐾 Say hello to Lark, a beautiful Great Pyrenees mix puppy with a gentle spirit and a heart full of love. Born around December 3rd, 2025, Lark is growing into a wonderful young pup who is ready to find the perfect family to call her own. With her soft, fluffy coat and sweet, soulful eyes, it’s impossible not to fall in love with her. 🤍🐶 Just like her name, Lark is a little song of joy—lighthearted, sweet, and always bringing a sense of calm happiness wherever she goes. 🎶💛 She has the loving, gentle nature Great Pyrenees mixes are known for. She enjoys spending time with people, playing, and then settling in for cozy cuddle time. She is great with other dogs and kids, making her a perfect companion for a family ready to welcome a loyal and affectionate pup. Lark is up to date on her shots and will be spayed when she reaches the appropriate age, which will be covered by the rescue at Auglaize Animal Hospital in Wapakoneta. Because Lark is part Great Pyrenees, there will be adoption restrictions, and her adopter must have knowledge and understanding of the breed. Great Pyrenees are amazing, loyal dogs, but they do best with families who understand their unique traits—like their protective instincts, intelligence, and need for proper space, training, and guidance as they grow. With the right home, Lark will blossom into an incredibly devoted companion who will love and protect her family with her whole heart. Lark is looking for a family that will cherish her gentle spirit, embrace her breed, and give her a lifetime of love and belonging. In return, she promises soft snuggles, quiet loyalty, and a heart full of sweet “songs” just for you. 💕 🐶 If you think Lark might be the perfect addition to your family, she would love the chance to meet you and start her journey to a forever home. 🏡✨
