Story
I’m rehoming my Great Pyrenees Australian Shepherd mix due to a new baby in the home. He is not good with children, so he needs to go to a home without kids (or where he won’t be around them regularly). He’s healthy, and just needs the right environment to thrive. He needs a a tall secure fence to run around, he’s very protective and shows signs of aggression when nervous but isn’t aggressive himself. i keep him in his 10 feet by 6 feet kennel when people are over and he loves it. It is his safe place (that will come with him) he is trained to be in there while you work (up to 12 hours) and sleeps in it over night. He eats in there and does great. Please be serious about adopting — he deserves a stable, loving home suited to his needs. Message me with any questions!

Story
Hi meet Glacier- a Great Pyrenees puppy. Yes, you read that right. he doesn't look like a puppy, but he is. He is estimated to be born on September 25, 2025. He came to us as a local surrender along with his siblings. He was adopted back in February but returned due to no fault of his own. Glacier is UTD on all his shots neutered and micro chipped. He is house broken, good on the leash and is working on kennel training only to use it for his safe place to go when he needs a break. He does not like to get in cars but once in the car. He does okay. He gets along with other dogs and does good the cats Glacier's favorite place is wherever you are. Rather it is cuddling with you on the couch or laying at your feet. He will even roll over to get his belly rubbed. So, if you are looking for a white fluffy gentle goofy loyal giant. Glacier is for you. His adoption fee is $450. Please note that Glacier will only go to a home that meets certain requirements. You must have knowledge of the Great Pyrenees breed. This breed thrives with families who understand their size temperament and guardian instincts. You must be committed to setting them up for success.

Story
❄️🐾 Meet Winter — Your Future Gentle Giant! 🐾❄️ Say hello to Winter, an absolutely adorable Great Pyrenees puppy with a heart as big as her paws! 🤍 She was born around September 25, 2025, and came to us from a local surrender of 7 Great Pyrenees puppies. Both of her parents are full Great Pyrenees, so she’s the real deal — fluffy, sweet, and destined to grow into a loyal, loving companion. 🏡 About Winter: Winter is doing wonderfully in her foster home and is already showing how smart she is! She is learning to use puppy pads indoors and is doing great with them. At night, she keeps her pen clean for the most part, which is a huge win for a puppy her age 👏 🐶 Personality & Playtime: Winter loves to play with the other dogs and puppies in her foster home and really enjoys being part of the pack. She’s a happy, playful girl who also has a gentle, sweet side that will melt your heart. 🧸 Training & Learning: She loves toys and is very treat motivated, making training a fun and positive experience. This girl is eager to learn and will thrive with continued consistency and patience. 🚗🐕 Still Learning: Winter isn’t quite sure about car rides or the leash yet, but she’s a baby and we are already working on helping her feel more confident with both. With time and positive reinforcement, she’ll get there! 🌳 Home Requirements: • Fenced-in yard required. • Puppies will only go to homes that meet certain requirements. • You must have knowledge and experience with the Great Pyrenees breed. Winter is going to grow into a beautiful, loyal family dog who will do best with a family ready for a large-breed puppy and all the love, training, and adventure that comes with it. If you’re looking for a fluffy best friend to grow up with your family, Winter might be the one 🤍🐾

Falkor is a confident, energetic guy who loves to play, explore, and learn. He’s crate trained and thriving with routine, and he’ll do best with an adopter who enjoys training and structure. He is about 10 months old and weighs 75lbs. Falkor is affectionate, goofy, and full of personality. He gets along with dogs and is very kid and cat friendly!  He’s a smart pup with tons of potential and will make a loyal, entertaining companion. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   August 13, 2026, 11:28 pm

Story
My name’s Stryker, and I’m a big, lovable Great Pyrenees/Shepherd mix looking-e! I don’t mean to brag, but I’ve been told I give the best hugs—big, fluffy, full-body snuggles that will make all your worries disappear. I promise, if you’re looking for a cuddle buddy, I’m your guy! I get along with most dogs, but I like to take my time getting to know them first—just to make sure we’ll be good friends. As for cats? Well… that’s still a mystery! No one’s really tested that yet. I’d love a home where I can enjoy the outdoors because I do not like it indoors at all. I do want to be with my people. To adopt one of our animals, please visit our shelter, open Tuesday-Friday from Noon-5pm and Saturday from Noon-4pm. You may also submit an application online from our website at http://www.HelpTheAnimalsINC.com/adopt.
