Story
ANDY is a laid&#226&#128&#145back, majestic gentle giant with a heart as big as his fluffy Great Pyrenees frame. At just two years old, he’s already mastered the art of turning heads—he carries that natural “wow” factor that makes everyone instantly fall in love. Andy is the definition of an easygoing companion. He walks with a calm, gentle pace, because he genuinely cherishes every moment spent by your side. It’s no surprise he has an entire fan club—his sweet, steady temperament draws friends wherever he goes. His regal good looks might catch your eye, but it’s his serene, peaceful presence that truly wins you over. Being around Andy feels like taking a deep breath; he relaxes your spirit and leaves you smiling for days. Andy is not a fan of kennel life and dreams of a family to cherish him forever. Andy is a delightful boy. Please email Adoptions@LaManchaAnimalRescue.org to meet Andy. ********** 2 years old. Spayed/neutered, UTD vaccinations, microchipped, wormed. Story
Hi friends! I’m ANNA, a gorgeous pure-white, fluffy Great Pyrenees coat, and a personality full of vibrant colors. I’m a cheerful companion who loves making my friends smile. With a growing vocabulary of commands, I’m eager to show off what I’ve learned. From the moment I greet you with a wagging tail and a big smile, I’m told I light up the day. Playtime is my favorite part of the day—I have fun tossing toys in the air for my own amusement and playing tug-of-war with ropes, but I am happiest when sharing the fun with my human friends or my favorite dog pals. Affection is my love language. I’ll happily roll onto your lap for belly rubs and cuddles, all while contentedly chewing on my favorite toy. I thrive in the company of other dogs and am always expanding my social circle through positive introductions. I especially enjoy playing with younger and smaller pups—but truthfully, I just love to play with my dog friends. My sister and I were found wandering as unclaimed local strays, just six-month-old pups trying to survive on our own. Thankfully, a kind-hearted woman rescued us and brought us to LaMancha. I am 18 months old, very affectionate, and a people-pleasing girl who’s ready to leave kennel life behind and find a forever family to call my own. I am always expanding my social circle through positive, dog-savvy introductions and thrive in the company of the dogs I now call my friends. I request a physical fence. I appreciate a spacious area where I can safely stretch my legs and enjoy off-leash fun. It would also be the perfect spot to play with dog friends and romp around together in a secure, open space. I may be fully grown now, but I’m still a young pup bursting with playful energy and a big heart full of love. I’m eager to have a person I can count on for guidance, so I’d do best with an experienced dog owner who will continue my training and help me to grow into my best self. I’m incredibly affectionate and adore spending time with both my human and fellow dog friends.   To adopt me, ANNA, please email Adoptions@LaManchaAnimalRescue.org ********** Spayed, UTD vaccinations, microchipped, wormed. Loves to be outside, especially in cooler temperatures or will curl up in the shade Loves adventures and outings - perfect hiking companion Needs patience with grooming (baths and nail trims) but stays gentle Housebroken Dog friendly and great with puppies Loves to play with other dogs of all sizes - from tiny Chihuahuas to big dogs Very happy and playful with her canine friends Cat friendly Looking for loving and committed forever homes to provide her with the care and love she deserves Learn more and apply to adopt at TLCrescuePA.org/adopt Interested in fostering? Story
This friend has just arrived to us on transport from a high-intake shelter partner! When our friends are new to us, we are often unsure of their full background. Our staff will spend some time getting to know them and update their bio with more information as we learn. They are pending interactions with animals until they have been cleared by our vet. Please note that we often are unsure of house, crate, car, and leash training status upon arrival. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific dog but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! All household members, including children and other dogs, must come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, fecal testing, heartworm testing, and a small bag of food to get you started.

Story
Leo is a wonderful 6 year old Great Pyrenees who I adopted from a local SPCA in Delaware. He spent the first 3-4 years of his life with me in Philadelphia and since then we’ve spent the last two years outside of Seattle, WA (larger home with yard, space, etc.) having recently moved back to our old neighborhood in Philadelphia in June of this year. Since moving back Leo has had a really hard time readjusting to city life again and we've had a mixture of ups and downs with a few aggressive outbursts involving family members (lots of barking and a couple of bites). With my partner and I thinking about our future and starting a family, we are having to make the difficult decision to rehome him to an environment better suited to his needs and breed. He is a wonderful boy with a sweet tempermant and would make a great addition to a home with space and room to roam. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Thanks!

Story
Meet Marshal A Big, Handsome Softie Looking for the Right Home Marshal is a 6 1/2 YO, 90 lb male Bernedoodle. He is a loving, affectionate companion with a huge heart. He bonds deeply with his people and is happiest simply hanging out by your side. He is sweet, gentle with adults, and has an adorable, expressive face that wins everyone over. Marshal does, however, need a very specific type of home. He cannot be around children, especially small ones, and must be placed in an adults-only environment. He also has a low tolerance for frustration, and his anxiety makes him reactive. Because he is so attached to his people, he doesn’t like being left alone. He thrives in a calm, predictable home where he can feel secure. He would also do best with a fenced-in yard, where he can safely relax, explore, and burn off energy without added stress. With the right match, Marshal is an incredibly loyal, loving, and rewarding dog. He truly just wants to love and be loved.
