Story

Monroe is great dog and very intelligent. In fact, too intelligent for us. He's a quick learner and if he wants to do something he will do it. He's great with both cats and dogs and loves to be around people. He also likes to explore, so a tall fence is needed as he knows how to escape. Monroe also needs someone who will be with him all the time. He loves to cuddle and despite his 90 lbs he will still try to lay on your chest. He loves treats but has a sensitive stomach. He does well with cracker or cookie type treats and jerky or frozen fruit. We feed him Acana all breed or large breed food because this food doesn't upset his stomach. He needs a home with land that's fenced in and secure and people that will give him lots of affection. He's an amazing dog but just not the right fit for us.

Please call 410-627-6563 for information.Stunningly handsome Romeo is a very sweet, 18 month old, 105 lb Great Pyrenees. He is housebroken, good on leash and knows some basic commands. He loves every person he meets. Romeo especially enjoys long walks in cool weather and lots of ear rubs. We have found that Romeo is good with other dogs but he needs a little time to warm up to them. Romeo requires a home with a fenced yard and someone with Great Pyrenees or working dog experience. There are no exceptions to these requirements. Paris-Great Pyrenes/Border Collie female, ~ 3 yr. (May 2023) Email rescuebc@hotmail.com for application. Paris was adopted from the Rescue as a small puppy. Recently she was returned to the Rescue when they could no longer take care of her. She's lived her whole life in a family setting and is used to being around other dogs. Cats do not seem to interest her either. Paris needs an experienced dog owner as her new home. She is well mannered, crate trained, house trained and walks well on the leash. She' s a large size adult, probably close to 100#, and enjoys an active lifestyle. The adoption fee is $300 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
