I'm looking for a experienced and calm home to adopt my corgi, Zelda. She's going to be 10 years old in April and I've had her since a couple months old. Recent changes in life and relocation has put both her and myself in a stressful situation, she's not adapting well. Req/infon: She will need someone experienced/patient either with no dogs or calm dogs. Due to 2 previous interactions with dogs attacking her any dogs that are high energy or sporadic will cause issue. She will attempt to avoid and get away from stressful situations but if the dog persists to invade her space she will snap back to warn them to get away. Calm dogs she is fine with, the respectful sniff and leave alone, fine and with time with the calmer dogs she will try to initiate play. Cats: uninterested, mild curiosity Kids: Loves to play and lick kids Horses: unknown

Reason for Foster: Transport Foster Time Frame: 4/14 or 4/15Foster Care Plan: Cashew will need to return a few days before his transport date for his/her health certificate to be completed. We will provide all the supplies you need to take great care of this sweet boy! Cashew is a foster animal awaiting transport. He will need fostering temporarily until the scheduled transport date, at which time he will travel out of state to location where one of our rescue partners has found him a new loving home. Animals in the transport foster program will not be available for adoption since they have already been tagged by a rescue partner. Bua Loi is being fostered in LA. She loves cats, and can be good with quiet, calm dogs. She has been around a rabbit and has done well. She is heart worm positive and is undergoing treatment that will extend until this spring. Bua Loi came to us from a monastery in Texas! She was not in good shape when she first arrived there, but they nursed her back to health and reached out to us. Bua Loi has been in her foster home for several months now. She enjoys spending time outside and loves to prance like a show horse! She also loves to lay in front of the window and take sun baths. She enjoys being petted and getting attention, but is also ok when she's left alone. And she loves to eat! Playing games where she has to sniff for her food is one of her favorite activities. Bua Loi loves cats! In her previous home at the monastery, she adored their cat and they would lay and cuddle with each other. In her current foster home, she spends some time in a room with their rabbit, and she does very well. She also enjoys when there are foster cats who let her cuddle. Bua Loi's foster home is working on helping her get used to having other dogs around, but she can be a nervous dog and would do best in a calm house with quiet or older dogs or cats, or as an only dog, and with a patient family to help her adjust. A Sweet Little Valentine 💝 Daisy is a 20 pound bundle of love. She's a very sweet corgi/chi mix. She's around 8 yrs young. Her owner has suffered a brain injury and can no longer care for her. Daisy is mellow most of the time & sometimes playful & silly. She enjoys going for walks. She's great with children & other dogs, though she needs to be fed separately as she can be food possessive. (Girl loves her food.. don't we all!) She doesn't mind cats, but if other dogs are around, she "joins in" if they go after a cat. So she would be best with EITHER cats or dogs, not both.
