Story
Introducing Jack Frost, the spirited Husky mix bursting with energy and affection! At 2.5 years old, Frost is a bundle of joy who thrives on love and attention. He's a social butterfly, getting along with other large dogs. However, Frost would benefit from ongoing training to unleash his full potential and make him the confident and secure pup he deserves! Jack Frost is an outdoor enthusiast who adores car rides and would make an ideal running or hiking companion. Regular walks or runs are his idea of heaven! He's a powerhouse when it comes to playtime, he needs a home with ample space to run and play freely. Highly intelligent and quick to learn, Jack Frost relishes mentally stimulating activities and treats. Since he's a strong boy, he requires supervision around children and prefers a harness for walks. Jack Frost's playful nature sometimes leads to overexcitement and "playful jumps," requiring firm guidance from an alpha human to channel his competitive spirit positively. Although he's great with larger dogs and older children, Frost may need some patience and training around smaller animals. If you're seeking an energetic and loyal companion who's ready for adventure, Jack Frost could be your perfect match! ***Please reach out to Paula at spwheels1@gmail.com if you'd like to meet this special boy Jack Frost!

Story
Meet Gunner ❤️ Gunner is a handsome 7-year-old Belgian Malinois/Husky mix who is sadly searching for a new home due to a change within his family. Having been adopted as a young puppy at just 2 months old, Gunner has spent nearly his entire life with the same family after being rescued alongside his six siblings through BTBPR. This transition will be a major adjustment for him, and we are committed to finding him a loving, stable home where he can feel safe, secure, and cherished once again. Gunner is an incredibly friendly and affectionate dog who loves people of all ages, including babies and children. He has been raised in a home with another dog and a cat and has done well with them throughout his life. He enjoys being close to his people and is happiest when included as part of the family. While Gunner loves to snuggle and relax with his humans, he also has an active side and will need a family that can provide regular exercise and mental stimulation. He enjoys walks, hikes, and outdoor adventures, though he would benefit from additional leash training to help him become more polished on walks. An active household that understands the needs of his breed mix would be ideal for him. As Gunner adjusts to losing the only home and companions he has ever known — including his humans, children, dog, and cat friends — patience and time to decompress will be very important. He deserves a family willing to help him through this transition with understanding, consistency, and love. If you believe Gunner may be a good fit for your home, please fill out an adoption application so we can arrange a meet and greet. A home check is required prior to adoption. His adoption fee is $125. Let’s help Gunner find the forever home he deserves — one filled with love, stability, and plenty of adventures. June 3, 2026, 1:15 pm

Story
✨ Meet Rhea ✨ Rhea is an 8-year-old sweetheart with the softest soul. She’s kennel trained, loves to cuddle, and is happiest when she’s relaxing by your side. 💕 She does have a little sassy side (adds to her charm 😉), but overall she’s very laid back and easygoing. Rhea is great with kids, though she can get a bit nervous in busy, high-energy environments. Because of that, she would thrive best in a calm home—ideally as the only dog—with a quieter household, like an older couple looking for a loving companion. If you’re looking for a gentle, loyal cuddle buddy, Rhea might just be your perfect match. (602) 999-7256 free to good home but application and home check required

Sweet Nellie, a 1.5-year-old Husky/Heeler mix, has done her job as a devoted mama to 6 beautiful pups — now it’s her turn to be cared for. 💕 She was recently surrendered with her babies, and with her pups now weaned, Nellie really needs a safe, loving foster home to rest, decompress, and learn what it means to be her own dog again. 🌼 What we know about Nellie: • Social and affectionate once she feels safe — bonds quickly to her people 🥹 • Warms up to other dogs (just needs slow intros) • Crate trained — but needs an enclosed crate (she’s got hops! 🐇) • Still learning house manners — including that tables aren’t for standing on 😅 • Smart, eager, and ready to blossom with some patience, training, and structure (Eligible for adoption in Arizona and Illinois) 📩 Apply to foster Nellie today: https://linktr.ee/loveconnectiondogrescueaz?utm_source=qr_code

Story
Dovah is truly one of the sweetest dogs you could ever meet. He has so much love for everyone, people and dogs alike and brings happiness wherever he goes. He is food-motivated and always excited to be part of the action. He has high energy to say the least. More than anything, Dovah is a happy boy with a wonderful personality and a heart full of love. Oddly he’s pretty quiet as huskies go for having as much energy as he does. This is an incredibly difficult decision for me, but due to my health, I can no longer give him the care and attention he deserves. If my circumstances were different, I would keep him without hesitation. Dovah deserves a home that can give him all the love, time, and adventures he deserves, and I know he will make an amazing companion for the right family.

Story
Meet Anya ❤️ Anya is a sweet rescue girl looking for her forever home. Before being rescued, she spent part of her life surviving on the streets, so she can be a little shy around fast movements and unfamiliar people at first. She may need a little time to warm up, but once she trusts you, her loving personality shines through. Anya is incredibly gentle and affectionate. She loves being around her people and enjoys spending time with her family. She gets along well with my two dogs and has also done great with my two young grandchildren. She would thrive with a patient family who understands that rescued dogs sometimes need a little extra time to feel safe and secure. In return, you’ll gain a loyal, loving companion who has so much love to give. Anya deserves a home where she can continue building confidence and be cherished for the wonderful dog she is.

Story
Alice, full bread Siberian Husky. Born October 5th 2023. 3years old. I adopted her at 9 weeks old, she has lived with me and my family ever since. She grew up around 3 adults 4 kids and 2 dogs (doodle and cocker spaniel) She likes kids and baby’s we joke she would be a good mother. She has separation anxiety issues that I’m working on right now with crate training. I recently moved out alone into a studio apartment and work 50 hours a week so I do not have the time or help to keep her anymore. This is heartbreaking for me and I need to know she will be extremely taken care of and loved in my stead, I view her as a daughter. She needs at least hour walks daily, I do this at sun set in the tamer weather times of year and once my hand can be placed on the pavement in summer times. She requires daily brushing and monthly bathing. She likes to talk but she is not as annoying as husky’s I’ve seen online unless left alone I have so much more to say but reached limit

Story
Hello! My name is Oso, which means “bear” in Spanish—but don’t let the name fool you! I’m a gentle giant with a heart full of love. I was saved just three hours before my time was up at the county shelter, and even though I’m a senior, I have so much life and love left to give! I’m all about people—I love them, like really, really love them. After spending my whole life outdoors, I’m absolutely thrilled by the comfort of indoor air conditioning and a doggy door that lets me wander into the yard whenever I want. Life is good! One of my favorite things is carrying around my stuffed toys, especially the small ones—they make me so happy! I also love chasing a ball and am the best boy when it’s time for a bath. Treats are my weakness, especially chicken tacos (yum!). I’m looking for a home where I can be the only dog because I just want to soak up all the love for myself. I’m easygoing, never bark, and my tail wiggles with joy when I meet new friends. I’m dreaming of a forever home where I can give lots of kisses, enjoy scratchies, and just be your loyal companion for the rest of my days. If you can offer me a place to call home, please reach out to my foster mom, Jenn, at 602-710-4143. I can’t wait to meet you! ❤️ I’m a courtesy post for Valley Dogs Rescue.
