Our older male dog passed and our two females are physically fighting for pecking order. Husky is 4 years old, very sweet and submissive with people, stays home, good recall, great on a leash too. Will chase animals that run but is easy to call her off or stop her before she gets the idea. Does fine with male dogs. We have a human baby in the home and have exhausted our resources in trying to get these two to get along.

ChewyChewy is an 8-month-old German Shepherd/Husky mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s friendly, outgoing, playful, and loves being around his people. When he’s not busy having fun, he’s happy to curl up next to you for some serious snuggle time.Chewy does well with other dogs and enjoys having a canine friend to play with. He was returned to the shelter after the other dog in his previous home began resource guarding, so while Chewy is dog-friendly, slow and thoughtful introductions are important when bringing him into a home with existing dogs. A younger, neutral dog who enjoys play would likely be a great match for him.Chewy is good with children and could potentially live with cats with slow, proper introductions and supervision. He also enjoys riding in the car, knows some basic commands, and is mostly potty trained when given appropriate supervision and routine.Chewy is an escape artist, and this is something his future family will need to take seriously. He has demonstrated that he can get out of 7â€Â׆ foot fencing, including both chain-link and wood fencing. A secure, carefully managed setup will be essential, and he should not be left unattended in a yard simply because it is fully fenced. His family will need to be proactive about preventing escapes and continue working with him on boundaries and appropriate behavior.Chewy is still a puppy, so he’ll need a family ready to continue his training, provide plenty of exercise and mental stimulation, and give him appropriate structure. Harry" is a handsome Long-haired male Husky, 1-2 years old. 2 light blue eyes. Harry and Hank were found after being abandoned by their owner who left country. Harry is Good with people and other dogs, children unknown. Harry is not good with cats. He is not yet house-trained, and currently prefers to be outside. He Loves playing and sleeping. Very calm demeanor. Highly trainable. Harry can be food possessive, so needs to be fed separately and no free feeding. We Prefer that he be adopted with his brother, "Hank". Harry will be scheduled to be neutered and is current on his vaccinations and has been micro-chipped. Huskies need a secure yard and a family that will provide love, attention and exercise.
