Story
Shayba is a beautiful husky x looking for her special home. Her estimated bday is around 1/2021. She came to us at the end of 2021 and had a lump near her ankle. After testing, it is thought not to be cancerous and it hasn't grown in the year+ that we have had her. Her ankle doesn't slow this happy girl down...and Shayna is ready to find a home of her own. Here's what her fostermom has to say about this fun girl: Shayna is THE life of the party. Whether it is dogs or people she is ready to play. In her foster home she was assigned the role of teaching timid dogs how to party and has a 100 percent success rate at getting even the most shutdown dogs to enjoy life. Despite her ruff start found with mange walking the streets of Bakersfield, she looks at every person and place with love and an adventurous spirit. He coat has grown back nicely and her two different colored eyes get lots of attention. When Shayna is not playing with people or dogs she makes an excellent snuggle buddy and is happy to lay around with her crew. Or have a nice conversation, which led to her nickname “Roo Roo.” Shayna has a husky voice and will talk to you by “roo rooo roooing” which is hilarious and cute. Along with conversations she will let you know when it is breakfast or dinner time. Shayna is house trained, dog door trained, crate trained, and loves toys and play. If you would like to have a chat with Roo Roo please contact SIAR! Please email right away if you would like to learn more about this dog......and visit our website www.siarescuers.org to learn more about our rescue group. Adoption fees range from $350-$450 for dogs. THE DOGS SHOWN ON THE SITE ARE IN FOSTERCARE - WE DO NOT HAVE A SHELTER TO VISIT. EMAIL is the best way to reach us.We are a volunteer run, very small organization - so please be patient when waiting for a response, but feel free to check back in if you haven't heard from us in a day or so - thank you so much for considering a rescued pooch!

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Spice! Are you ready to spice up your life with an adorable and energetic companion? Look no further than Spice, a delightful pup currently seeking her forever home in Sacramento! Spice's journey began in foster care, where she was born into a loving environment. While her exact breed mix remains a mystery, we suspect she's a blend of Pyrenees and Husky, though her smaller stature suggests otherwise. Regardless of her heritage, Spice is a true gem waiting to bring joy to your home. One of Spice's most endearing qualities is her exceptional socialization skills. She has grown up surrounded by dogs and cats, making her a perfect fit for multi-pet households. Her friendly nature ensures that she'll get along swimmingly with furry friends of all shapes and sizes. With her Husky lineage, Spice is brimming with energy and intelligence. Like most Huskies, she's incredibly smart—sometimes, perhaps, too smart for her own good! But don't let her mischievous side fool you; Spice's playful antics and boundless enthusiasm will keep you entertained for hours on end. Born on December 22nd, Spice is currently in a critical stage of development, making continued socialization a priority. Therefore, we're seeking a loving family who will dedicate themselves to providing her with ongoing socialization and training, ensuring she grows into a well-rounded and well-behaved canine companion. In addition to her vivacious personality, Spice is undeniably gorgeous. Her striking appearance, combined with her friendly demeanor and playful spirit, makes her utterly irresistible. Who could resist those puppy-dog eyes and that infectious grin? If you're ready to welcome a furry bundle of joy into your life, look no further than Spice. Whether you're going for a hike in the great outdoors or cuddling up on the couch for movie night, Spice will be right by your side, ready to fill your days with love, laughter, and endless adventures. Don't miss out on the opportunity to make Spice a cherished member of your family. Contact us today to arrange a meet-and-greet with this adorable pup—your new best friend awaits! &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 You can find our adoption process and apply online at: AdoptPet - Recycled Pets NorCal Adoption fee $400Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 10, 2024, 1:23 pm

Story
Sokka is a beautiful and good girl. She is about 6 years old, and we adopted her in Phoneix, AZ from an animal hoarder who had 7 other dogs and more than 10 cats. We’ve had her since 2020 and she is a great adventure companion— loves going places, hikes, etc. We have a two and a half year old and a nine month old baby and she is not good with them. We are keeping her separated from the babies but need to rehome her. She loves to play and is always up for exercise, although as she has gotten older, she also likes to laze with the family.

Story
Smokey is a very energetic and goofy 9-month-old Husky puppy. He enjoys going on long walks and meeting new people. He does require a lot of attention and exercise and is still a bit jumpy since he is still a puppy. From my experience, he is good with kids but since huskies can have a lot of energy I would be cautious. We had to move into a small apartment that didn't have much space for him and, since we love him so much, we were hoping to find a new home for him that could provide him with the space and care he needs.

Story
Meet Bobby! Bobby is about 14 mos old (a/o 3.28.24 - DOB 1.24.23) and weighs about 55lbs. He is fully vaccinated, has been neutered and microchipped. Bobby is crate trained, potty trained and knows some basic obedience cues. Bobby is a pitbull/husky mix. He has been in a foster home with multiple dogs and children and seems to enjoy their company. Bobby can be a bit timid when meeting new people and takes a little longer than his brother Ricky to warm up but he’s the sweetest boy, and once you're in his "Circle of Friends" you're a friend for life! Bobby would thrive with an active lifestyle. He will do best with a family that will consider him a true member of the family and let him participate in the family activities. Last summer, when the wading pools were put out and filled, guess what happened? We've discovered that Bobby loves the water! Sooooo, if you're looking for a water-loving mutt, look no further. Our Bobby fits the bill! Bobby is not a SacRDR rescue dog. He is being fostered by one of our volunteers, who is a vet tech in the process of starting her own rescue. We fully back her and her dogs. We have collaborated on rehoming several dogs with her and the dogs are stable grounded animals. Think you can provide Bobby the life he deserves? Interested in meeting Bobby? Let us know! Send an email to Brittrad03@aol.com and someone will get back with you as quickly as possible.
