Story
Meet Bluey! This little catch is a two year old male neutered Husky/Shepard mix. He's up to date on his rabies vaccine and just under 50lbs. After his family was displaced long term from a house fire he is in need of a new loving home. Bluey is a fun and incredibly sweet. He just wants to be around his people. His signature move is to plop to the ground and roll on his back for belly scritchies. Car rides and hikes/long walks are his favorite. He loves to run and be with his people. After some exercise he is happy cuddling up with his human or lounging on the couch.Bluey has been great with my crazy toddler. He's gentle and patient. Bluey will do best in a home that can give him the exercise he needs. He is a med-high energy dog that will thrive with exercise and structure. He is house-trained and walks well on leash. We are working on commands. Due to his breed, he shows prey drive, stubbornness, and some mouthy behaviors. If you or anyone you know would like to know more reach out.

Story
**Meet Tiffany – A Calm, Loyal Husky Looking for Her Person 🐾** Tiffany is a beautiful husky who is ready to find a home where she can relax and enjoy her golden years. At nearly 11 years old (she turns 11 in August), she still loves her walks and spending time outdoors. Unlike many huskies, Tiffany is **wonderful on leash** and truly a pleasure to walk. She’s also **house-trained** and enjoys lounging outside in the fresh air when her people are home. In her previous home she had a **fenced yard**, which she loved having access to. Tiffany needs to be the **only pet in the home**. She has a strong prey drive and cannot live with **cats, small animals, or other dogs**. In her original home she spent time around grandchildren and was described as **very sweet and gentle with them**, though a respectful home and proper introductions with children would be best since she hasn’t been around kids recently. She is **up to date on vaccinations**, has **no known major health issues**, and is simply looking for a calm home with someone who appreciates the husky breed. If you’re a husky lover looking for a loyal companion, Tiffany may be the perfect match. ❤️ Interested in learning more about Tiffany? Please call Heather at 603-769-9168.

Meet Zeus! This sweet boy is past the puppy stage but still has plenty of that Husky spirit of intelligence, alertness, and character! Zeus enjoys playing, engaging with his people, and going outside for walks, and he`s always excited to meet new friends! He thrives on interaction and does best in a home where his confident, expressive nature can be appreciated. An ideal home for Zeus would include school-aged kids and up. If he sounds like the one for you, come down to the shelter to meet him!Zeus is currently up to date on all of his vaccines, neutered, and micro-chipped. Meet Kora! This sweet lady is ready to find her forever family. At the shelter, Kora loves to go for walks. This girl comes alive when she`s outside exploring! Most of the time she likes to bring one of her stuffed toys along for the ride, which is super cute. Kora has met a few dog friends at the shelter, so she may be able to go home with a respectful canine housemate. We think Kora would do best with middle school aged kids and up and a family who can give her the active life she deserves!Kora`s adoption must be approved by our Director of Animal Care Services**Kora is up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, spayed/neutered and microchipped. All adoptions start with a visit to our shelter!**

Story
Meet Mia!This energetic girl is full of enthusiasm who has such a lively spirit! It is always playtime for Mia; she can self-entertain herself but would rather have her favorite people play with her. Since she is a high-energy girl, she would do best in a home with teens and up. She has a similar aged playmate at the shelter who loves to play rough with her, so Mia may be able to go home with another playful pup. Because of her love of chase, we don`t think Mia should go home with cats. Mia is waiting for the perfect family to take her to her forever home!Mia is currently up to date on all of her vaccines, spayed, and micro-chipped. All adoptions start with a visit to our shelter!

Story
Meet Willow and Zoey! These two ladies lived together in their previous home and they find a lot of comfort with each other, so we think it`s very important to keep them together. While at the shelter, Willow and Zoey have lived up to their herding dog heritage-- they love being with their people, being active outside, and herding you if they don`t think you`re moving fast enough for their liking. Willow and Zoey lived with both a cat and another dog in their previous home, but we think they`d do best living as the only animals so they can settle into their new life more easily.Willow and Zoey are up to date on all age-appropriate vaccines, spayed and microchipped. All adoptions start with a visit to our shelter!
