Meet Holly! Holly is approximately a year old, 43 lbs currently and she is a medium-sized mixed breed pup! She was found as a stray. In her foster home, she is working hard on her house training, crate training and leash walking. She could go to a home with kids 10+, dog-savvy cats, and other dogs. She is on the high energy side and needs a family who can keep up with her! No apartments, please.Her foster says, `Holly is a great girl. She loves everyone and never meets a stranger. She loves to play, walk, jog, and hike. She also loves to just lay around while the ones that she loves watch TV or reads a book. As long as she is close to them, she`s happy. Holly is looking and dreaming for her forever family to love her and take care of her and she will reward the ones that she loves with a lot of kisses and love. Meet Bluey! This little catch is a two year old male neutered Husky/Shepard mix. He's up to date on his rabies vaccine and just under 50lbs. After his family was displaced long term from a house fire he is in need of a new loving home. Bluey is a fun and incredibly sweet. He just wants to be around his people. His signature move is to plop to the ground and roll on his back for belly scritchies. Car rides and hikes/long walks are his favorite. He loves to run and be with his people. After some exercise he is happy cuddling up with his human or lounging on the couch.Bluey has been great with my crazy toddler. He's gentle and patient. Bluey will do best in a home that can give him the exercise he needs. He is a med-high energy dog that will thrive with exercise and structure. He is house-trained and walks well on leash.We are working on commands. Due to his breed, he shows prey drive, stubbornness, and some mouthy behaviors. Woody is a 4-year-old VERY GOOD BOY ready to ride the doggy bus from Mississippi to your home. Woody has a playful, happy temperament and truly enjoys spending time with his people and with whatever other dog is in the vicinity. He is totally house trained, walks on a leash, (but can use a little more practice.) He loves to "talk," we are busily trying to learn his love language. He loves his foster brother and sisters and gets along very well, even with the old, grouchy one!!! He already know a few commands and is very smart!!! Above all, Woody is a perfect dog for an active family. He’s the kind of dog who will gladly be by your side, offering loyalty, affection, and plenty of tail wags. They came to the shelter because their family sadly lost housing. Malibu is a stunning 100 lb., 10-year-old Malamute with a soft heart behind her initially shy demeanor. Give her a little time (and maybe a treat or two), and she quickly warms up into a loyal, affectionate and super smart companion. She prefers a quieter home with calm, responsible adults and/ or teens. True to her breed, Malibu has a signature Malamute howl that is so iconic she even taught a Chihuahua at the shelter to join in!Diesel is her easygoing counterpart. He is a social, confident guy who enjoys meeting new people and brings a laid-back charm wherever he goes. He’s looking for adopters who understand and can keep up with his typical care needs, and in return, he offers steady companionship and a great personality. Diesel will need adopters who are dedicated to his need to keep his skin/coat clean and fresh. Together, they balance each other beautifully. This pair have so much personality, sweet, soulful, and full of character. Malibu and Diesel are ready to bring double the love to a home that will cherish them both.If you are interested in adopting this bonded pair, please come to the shelter on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 12-4pm, with all of your household members.
