Story
Jackson is the softest and sweetest pup. He was found wandering the streets and his previous owner never claimed him. We believe he's around 1 year old. Jackson loves to play fetch and chase his foster sisters around. He particularly loves the tennis balls, but his favorite part of fetch is getting head scratches before he'll drop the ball. :) He listens to commands and is generally very well behaved. He knows how to sit on command and knows what "No" means. More importantly, he listens to "no" consistently. ;) He would do well with an active family as he has a lot of energy. He does okay most of the time on a leash, but his foster mom is working on his pulling when he gets excited. Story
We found Marshall abandoned at a Marshall's store. We were not looking to get a dog but couldn't leave him. As it is, we absolutely cannot keep him (or the coonhound in the picture, who we also found..) due to being away for work literally over half the time. He is extremely sweet natured and loving, a bit nervous, very quiet for a husky, is great with other dogs he's met and cats (we have a handful of cats), and little children/babies. Totally up to date on shots, has been neutered. I don't like the idea of rehoming a pet that believes he is "part of the pack" but due to life situations and being unable to give the time and attention that he requires, he NEEDS to go to a different home. I love this dog but cannot keep him and cannot afford to keep paying someone to take care of him when I'm gone for work. Ideally, someone would take him and the coonhound (Lenny) who has a similar story and is in the same situation as Marshall. But I understand if you can't take both. Probably 6yo.

Story
Meet Xena. She is a 2-year-old Husky. She is very sweet and very energetic. She has been around Adults, children, cats, and crowds with no issues. She is crate trained and very food motivated! She is a chewer, as she is young, but having plenty of chew toys around has been a great Xena is being rehomed due to personal medical issues. I am a disabled veteran and over the last 2 years my mental and physical health has been declining and recently lead to me being unable to work at all. As much as I love this girl and hate the idea of her not being here, I know the time and money I need to spend away from the home taking care of myself and my family will leave her neglected of the care she deserves. Xena would be best in a fast, fun, and loving environment that can give her the time and space to run and frolic as she loves to. Crate, food, and toys will be sent to new home as well.

Story
Patches is 8 months old and is such a sweet boy who is dog and kid friendly. He is also house trained as well. Patches is just a happy go lucky boy. He has been waiting for over 6 months for his home. We pulled Hazel, Patches' mom, from Duplin County Animal Shelter last summer. Hazel was going to be euthanized at the shelter. Hazel ended up being pregnant when we pulled her and two of her pups are still left and one is Patches. We do not know what breed the father was, but Hazel is a Siberian Husky/Shepherd Mix.
