Story
Have you ever seen such an unusual Husky as this girl we call, Beautiful Berkley?   She looks like a cross between a Husky and a Wolf but that is all circumstantial but she sure does have that smoky, mysterious Wolf look to her face.  Her blue eyes definitely anchor her heritage in the Husky breed and she is young at just 2.5 years of age and 65 pounds.  This girl might look serious and formidable but she is a true lover who wants to romp and play fetch and then roll over for belly rubs and then will give you a kiss for treating to such special attention.  This girl has energy as you might expect from a young Husky.  She needs an exercise oriented human who can provide her with a fenced yard and who will work with time to play together.  Beautiful Berkley is wonderful with children and other dogs but does have the Husky prey drive and we will not allow her to go to a home with any cats at all.  We are so excited at what lies around the corner for Beautiful Berkley.  If you are interested in her please email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com   PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.March 26, 2024, 11:20 pm

Story
My name is Astra and my sister and I, both landed in a shelter that is run by some very nice people.  They have reached out to Critter Cavalry Rescue to ask for help getting us out and in to a foster or forever home.  We do not have to go together but we are both very sweet 5 month old, 19 pound Husky/Aussie mix girls who are very happy and loving.  We need a nice active life with a couple, a single athletic person, or a family with children would be great too!  My coat of fur is super soft like an Aussie and my pretty ears stand up like the Husky breed.  I am going to be a 50-55 pound girl when I grow up and I bet I get lots of attention when you take me on walks.  I am ready for a new life with a fenced yard and lots of people for me to love!  Please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you are interested and please tell them where you live…city and state.  ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.March 26, 2024, 11:20 pm

Story
Hank aka "Hankster", aka "Frank" was adopted by me when he was 12 weeks old via Tijuana, Mexico. He is a Husky mix - 3 and a half years old and has been with me everyday since. He grew up in Southern California and has been in Charlotte since August 2023. He's the sweetest little big bear around. Chasing squirrels, running and playing catch is his thing for sure. And, if you cook it = he WILL eat it! No medical issues, nothing. He is 100% potty trained, knows his sit, stay, wait, etc. commands. He is high energy and like most Husky's and loves to occasionally "talk" and craves attention. We just can't give him all he needs and desires. I hope someone falls in love w my best friend and gives him the best life ever.

Story
I rescued Dewey when he was just 6 months and have had him ever since (almost 4 years). Dewey is a great dog and loves everything and everyone. Almost to a fault. Has NEVER bitten anyone or another pet. He’s very high energy and will play all day long. He is house trained and crate trained. Honestly he just needs a home that can give him more than I can. Ideally for someone his size and energy, a backyard and/or frequent visits to the park where he can get all that energy out. He might be too high energy for younger kids but he would do very well with a like-minded high energy dog as well.
