Story
Meet Noelle. Noelle is a stunning black-and-white Husky who came to us as a stray and has quickly won us over with her good looks and sweet character. At 58 lbs and estimated to be between 8–11 months old, she’s still very much a curious, growing puppy with lots of personality. Noelle is friendly, sweet, and inquisitive, and like many huskies, she’s also vocal—she loves to “sing” and share her thoughts with the world. She did wonderfully at the vet, showing just how gentle she can be. As a true Husky, Noelle will need a secure home and responsible owners who understand the breed’s love of adventure and tendency to run. She’s great with kids, open to meeting other dogs, and can be cat tested if needed. If you’re ready for a beautiful, expressive companion who will keep life entertaining and full of love, Noelle is ready to join your pack. Apply at lvpeaceablekingdom.info! Story
Please meet Toby, a strikingly handsome purebred Husky. Toby and his little family (Nova and their puppies) were recently surrendered to PK. He is 3 years old and weighs 77 lbs. Toby is such a nice boy and very friendly. He’s housetrained and was trusted to roam free when left alone in his prior home. Toby’s good with other dogs and has experience with kids, even very young ones. He can be kitty-tested if requested. While the puppies will be adopted out separately, Toby and Nova are close and we will give preference to adopters who are willing to adopt both together. Apply at lvpeaceablekingdom.info. Story
Logan is a 2-year-old Husky with a lot of personality and love to give. He has had only one owner and has grown up in a home with children, where he has done well. Logan is playful, energetic, and enjoys the company of other dogs. Logan would do best with an experienced adopter who understands the breed and is comfortable managing behavioral challenges. While he is affectionate and loyal with people he knows, Logan has had multiple incidents of biting strangers, particularly visitors to the home or people walking past him. Because of this, he requires careful handling, clear boundaries, and a controlled environment. This sweet boy is not a bad dog — he simply needs the right home, ideally one with: • Experience with Huskies or reactive dogs • A calm, structured environment • Limited or no exposure to unfamiliar visitors • A commitment to training and behavioral support Logan deserves a chance with someone who can understand his needs and help him thrive safely.

Story
Fen has spent far too many days watching the world from the end of a chain. When his owner moved away, this 6-year-old Lab/Husky mix was left behind on a lonely tie-out at an empty house, cared for only by kind neighbors who refused to let him be forgotten. They shared that Fen once lived indoors, but as his owner’s health declined, Fen’s life slowly shrank to neglect and isolation. Despite it all, Fen’s heart remains wide open.   This sweet boy is full of gentle enthusiasm and gratitude for every bit of attention. The moment he’s free to stretch his legs, Fen lights up — he loves to run, play, and feel the joy of simply being a dog again. He already knows how to sit, walks well on a leash, and shows just how smart and willing he is to listen and learn. Fen wants so badly to connect with people; he leans in for affection like he’s been saving up years of love to give.   Because he’s been forced to live outside for so long, he may need a little patience while relearning house manners and routine — but he’s had a home before, and he’s eager to understand again. Fen is currently underweight, a visible reminder of how he’s been failed, but also a hopeful sign of how much better his future can be with someone who truly cares.   Fen isn’t broken. He’s loving, loyal, and ready to bloom in the hands of a family who will never leave him behind again. All he needs now is a warm place to land, steady meals, and the promise that he’ll always belong.   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJanuary 20, 2026, 9:56 pm

Story
Introducing Wheeler – the boy who steals hearts everywhere he goes! This 1 year old, 40-pound German Shepherd/Husky mix is as smart as he is handsome. Wheeler has already mastered sit and shake with both paws and became fully housebroken in just one week with his foster family. He’s crate trained, learning to walk well on a leash, and eager to soak up everything that’s taught to him.  This boy with the amazing smile and wonderful ears knows how to steal hearts.  Wheeler is a social butterfly who loves everyone—kids, adults, dogs, and even cats. In fact, he’s convinced the cats in his foster home need constant “baths,” which he happily provides with endless affection. He also enjoys curling up in a lap, whether it belongs to a person or another pup. This sweet boy needs company in his life.   Another companion dog would make him happy and feel secure along with a family that has someone home alot. This all is due to the hard past that started when Wheeler was a puppy. He and his brother were abandoned, and he was found underweight and limping from what turned out to be an old hip injury—likely caused by a car or a blow to his leg.  It was fractured but never set to heal correctly by a vet.  It healed on its own and doesnt bother him, but he’ll always have a slight limp.  Dont feel sorry about that because it doesn’t slow him down one bit. He runs and plays like nothing ever happened, a joyful reminder of his resilient spirit. He needs a fenced yard so he can get all his energy out daily. What makes this particular boy so special isn’t just his good looks or intelligence—it’s his kind heart. He’s grateful for every bit of love and safety he’s found in rescue, and he’s ready to give that love right back to the family lucky enough to call him their own.  If Wheeler sounds like the perfect match for your family, please email ccrtennessee@gmail.com. This incredible boy is waiting to meet his forever people, and we know you’ll be smitten from the very first hello. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143       PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comFebruary 9, 2026, 11:29 am
