Chloe is a wonderful husky-lab mix who, contrary to the usual energy levels of her breed, thrives in a calm and relaxed household. Ideally, I envision her being the only pet in a peaceful environment where someone spends most of their time at home and is looking for a serene companion. Chloe is a sweetheart who loves being petted and will gently paw at you for attention. Although she loves to go on walks, she's not a puller when on a lead and is easy to handle. Despite her age, she acts much older and would be happiest in a household with older children and no energetic pets, where she wouldn't have to compete for affection. While she is currently in a home with several animals and gets along without issues, she would prefer not to have to share attention, as she tends to be reserved in seeking it. She deserves to be a star on her own. She was found a stray in March 2022 and has been with me ever since. She is fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, potty trained, and house trained.

Belle is super sweet and loves humans… she’s just very territorial with her food and her toys. And she’s had bad experiences with children (before we got her). And because of that she has bitten kids and recently she attacked our mini poodle puppy. Which was the last straw. We have put her in behavioral classes but they have not helped. She has become increasingly aggressive and we just can’t keep her anymore. We want her to go to a experienced owner with no kids and with no small dogs.. with dogs her size we’re certain she will be fine. We do not want to take her to a pound because we know they will put her down. And that would break our hearts. This is not an easy decision for us. We’ve had belle since the age of 6 months. She is now 6 years old. We hope she finds a family that will love her like we did.

Unlike many of our other intakes, Phineas was transported directly to the ER, not the rescue, after being found on the side of the road, unable to move. Fortunately, that day marked the beginning of a life-changing journey. Phineas was diagnosed with multiple fractures, most likely caused by being hit by a car, and he underwent surgery to begin his road to recovery. While that might sound scary, Phineas doesn’t let it show. He was up and walking in no time, full of spirit. Phineas is a stunning husky mix with big, pointy ears and beautiful blue and brown eyes.
