Story
Lucky is potty trained (he will stand by door, but will go if you ignore his ques) loves playing with other dogs, likes playing so much wants to play with Bear the cat, but Bear won't have anything to do with him. Lucky rarely barks, very laid back, unless he has another dog, he might be a little lazy. He's an inside dog for the most part, but recently have him staying outside, if he had another friend he'd enjoy it more. fyi, i got Lucky from SPCA on Sept 2023, son wanted a dog, which i now regret, because I'm the one caring for him and i don't have time to care for Lucky. So now, stuck having to rehome a great dog. Want the right home for Lucky. And for reference, not concerned with the adoption fee, i simply want a good home for him. Lucky is a wonderful dog, and I won’t be letting him go unless it’s the right fit for both parties.

Story
Bailey is the sweetest girl and has never met a stranger! Originally saved by rescue after she was run over and her owners couldn't afford to help her, she eventually had to have one of her legs amputated. She loves to go on walks and having three legs does not slow her down a single bit! She can jump, run, and play like any other dog. She runs right up to all houseguests to say hi and gets full body wags when she’s excited. She enjoys being outside to sun herself and is pretty mellow and relaxed most of the time. She can goof around too, and she likes to play with both human and dog companions. She is great with most dogs; however, she does not get along with older dogs and dominant dogs, and a home without cats is also best. She’s wonderful with kids.

Story
Moana, now almost 4 years old, was adopted from TSDR 2 years ago and is sadly being returned due to her family's changing work schedule. She loves to play catch and run from one side of the house to the other. She's a well-behaved girl who allows her humans to cut her nails, wash her, brush her, etc. She also has a tendency to snore! Moana is both house and crate trained, and would make a wonderful addition to a family able to give her the attention she needs.

Story
TSDRs Tucker2 was transferred back to a foster home after “working” at our boarding facility. After he was returned from his last failed adoption he went to our board-n-train for additional training. He graduated and became one of the star pupils who they used for training and socializing new dogs that came in from other rescues for training and/or evaluation. He is doing well back at the house and loves playing with foster siblings Alex and Alita. He is house and crate trained. He is a strong willed and smart husky that needs an experienced owner (no first time owners) who will continue to give him structure and guidance or he will likely regress to being a brat again! He is a sweet boy and has matured since his early days. He prefers a home with no young kids! He’s also not a fan of having his paws messed with (including nail trims). He listens well and is good with correction.

Story
We rescued Angel from a high kill shelter in Houston, TX. She has all her vaccines up to date and is spayed. She is very sweet, respectful of humans, walks well, and is truly a bundle of joy. She can entertain herself with a toy! She knows the sit command and plays fetch. She is not aggressive with food (takes it from your hand too) and does not have resource guarding. She does bark sometimes and reacts to other dogs or cats when we are walking. She would benefit from training. Not destructive at all! We believe she would thrive as an only dog. She is very good with kids!

Story
Meet Jet, the high-flying Siberian Husky Mix ready to soar into your heart! This 53-pound bundle of energy and love is on a quest for his furever family after an adventurous journey.Originally jetting in from another facility, Jet's past remains a mystery, but one thing is certain - he's a charming boy with a heart as big as his spirit. Adopted and returned after 2 weeks due to allergies, Jet spent over a year in a foster home, honing his skills (attended obedience training) and preparing for the next chapter of his life.Jet is no stranger to the comforts of home; he was given the freedom to roam in his foster home and is proud to claim housetrained status. Living harmoniously with other dogs, Jet is easygoing, friendly, and a fan of rough play, however, his exposure to feline friends is unknown. He has exposure with children aged 13-17 and was noted to be playful and friendly with them. Jet does tend to lean towards a bit of roughhousing, making him better suited for homes with older children, 15 years and above. This handsome Husky Mix has aced obedience training classes, boasting skills in sit, stay, come, and the all-important "no" command. His active nature and high energy level make him a lively companion, and he thrives with a family ready to reinforce his training. Well-behaved on a leash, Jet's walks are filled with curiosity as he sniffs out new doggie friends.Jet is best described as an active, playful, friendly, and loving social butterfly. His foster, ever supportive, wants potential adopters to know that Jet's trainer is offering free refresher tips and advice post-adoption - a testament to the commitment to his success. If you're ready for a furry co-pilot, Jet is eager to join your adventure! Swing by to meet this charming boy and witness the magic he brings to your life! Aren’t I a handsome young boy? I am happy, curious, and playful too. I am working on my manners when I am around other dogs because I am so energetic. I am not sure about those little fuzzies they call cats. I do love my humans and enjoy cuddling with them. Let’s get together and see if we can make a great match.
