Story
Snowy is the extrovert of his litter. He is a Lab, Husky and Beagle mix born in rescue on March 14. From day one, he has been cherished and loved. He is the most active of his sibs with lots of energy. He would love to partner with his new family to have a job - maybe running with dad or a dog sport with mom?
In his foster home, Snowy has been exposed to cats, kids, and other dogs. He’s been on adventures in the car and met lots of different people. He crates nicely, and with a later evening potty break, he sleeps through the night in the crate! He has a head start on potty training and loves to come running full tilt when called. He is ready to find a home that wants to incorporate him into everything they do.
Snowy currently weighs about 14# and will be the perfect size for accompanying his people everywhere. He wants to take obedience classes to learn nice manners. He needs to learn all things puppy: walking nicely on leash, seeing new sights and sounds, and experiencing the world. Ongoing socialization will ensure he can lead the life he was meant to.
The best fit for Snowy is an active family who sees a dog as a 4-legged family member. They are patient and love to laugh, because with Snowy around, they definitely will! They can provide potty breaks every 2-3 hours at his young age. He could live with a canine sibling or as an only pup with an engaged family. He would love a fenced yard for safe play and exploration and is also suited for a home with a history of keeping dogs safe on leash.
Children old enough to understand how to redirect his puppy teeth are a good fit.

Snowy is being fostered in Zimmerman, MN.
Snowy's adoption fee is $550 + MN sales tax (this includes his neuter). He is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. He will be neutered and microchipped at the age of roughly 6 months. The cost of this procedure is included in his adoption fee. Upon adoption, all of our dogs go to their new homes with a collar and harness, leash, starter food, blanket, favorite toys & treats. They are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
