Story
Louie is a 6 year old black mini labradoodle that is 30 lbs. We got him from a breeder in Ellsworth, WI. Louie is very healthy and fit. We give him tick medicine monthly, brush his teeth every night, brush his hair (he does shed some), clip his nails, give him regular exercise, etc. He has regular vet check ups and has all of his necessary vaccines. He is a high energy dog. He is very lovable and loves adults and some dogs that he is familiar with. He does not like to be approached by other dogs when he is on a leash. Louie attended puppy kindergarten through Augusta Dog Training and was sent to a month long board-in through Augusta when he was 2 years old for training with socialization and general training. He is very obedient and a good listener. We can have him off leash on hikes and he stays by us. We have to unfortunately rehome him because he is not getting along with our 14 month old daughter. We know he will thrive with a different family dynamic. He is a great dog.

Story
My aunt got him for her kids but when she started working at her own store, she started not having time to take good care of him. I’ve been trying to help her find a new home but it’s been very hard. He is such a wonderful baby and we want the best for him! He can be very loud. He starts crying when you leave him alone in his crate. He loves walks and playing with everyone. Currently he is on dry food but he will adapt to wet food quite well. He loves cuddles and beef sticks. I think you’ll need to train him with the barking and trying to be okay going in the crates. He’s a lovely baby and we hope we can find a wonderful home for him who will love him as much as he loves them!

Marley, along with her sister Maggie, was rescued by a couple in Clinton, Mississippi. This couple already has 7 rescued dogs, and they are fostering the pups. Marley can also sit and shake on command, and she was a hit at the vet! She has a bubbly personality, and she loves her sister, Maggie. She gets along very good with the 7 resident dogs, too. Please respond, and we will send you an adoption application. We use Rescue Riders, the most reliable transporter on the road, and the transport fee is included in the adoption fee!

Story
Mimi, Sally and Magic are all siblings that were found and an abandoned house in the summer. They are considered bonded but can be separated however, if someone wanted to adopt two of them, I would suggest Mimi and Sally as they are the most bonded. Mimi is very curious and prefers the indoors more than the other two. She’s pretty calm and well behaved in the house, although they are all young dogs and like to get into things occasionally like tearing up dog blankets and towels if they can get their paws on them. They are all very highly motivated and can get pretty excited around mealtime. When they have been to pet's bar, people have commented how calm and well behaved they are however they can get pretty rowdy outside running and playing in the field, very sweet natured with good temperament. I would say they are for the most part house trained. There has been only one accident in the house from the three of them in three months, but they spend a lot of time outdoors. An adapter would need to know that they were definitely may need some close supervision in the house at first. These dogs are being fostered in the south but included in your adoption fee is transport to a location near you by Rescue Riders Pet Transport, the most animal-friendly transport on the road.

Story
Magic, Sally and Mimi are littermates who have so far spent their short lives together. They are all bonded but can be adopted separately. It hasn’t been easy, and they seek comfort in each other. They were found trying to fend for themselves at an abandoned house, huddled together to avoid the pouring rain. Sally and Mimi are posted here also. Although it's a longshot, we are hoping someone will adopt them together but are willing to separate if no group home can be found. Magic is the largest of the three and likely had a different dad. She’s also a great fence climber!!
