Story
Herbo is a young almost 2 year old sweet lab who doesn’t know his size. He loves to be affectionate and wants companionship. He grew up with another Lab but unfortunately has not taken well to other dogs. He has a lot of energy which in turn I think turns into anxiety when he can’t exert it. He is basic trained but needs more work for formal training. His ideal ownership would be someone who can devote majority of their time with him and make him feel seen/loved in addition to hopefully one day, helping him make new friends without getting aggressive. He means well and just wants attention. Given his needs, I don’t want to make him suffer by not being able to provide what I listed above. He’s still young and deserves a full life with the attention he needs and deserves. I’m not looking for anything in return, just the right home for him.

Story
Gravy is a smart, playful, high-energy 1 year-old Schnauzer/lab mix. He is kennel trained, potty trained, good on a leash and not food protective. We have spent one-on-one time with a trainer to help with leash training and he knows commands such as sit, wait, down, and leave it. He has a stubborn streak, so his training needs to be consistent and continuous, but he is a smart boy who picks up commands well. Gravy loves treats, but isn’t food motivated in training. He does better with scratches and cuddles. Gravy is an anxious boy who needs someone good with dogs to help socialize him with other dogs. He is nervous and excited meeting new people so he barks and needs a little time, but friendly once he feels safe. Gravy is a great guard dog and likes to talk and let you know what he is thinking. Gravy needs more parenting that we can give him. He deserves someone who has the time to help him exercise his mind and body.
