He enjoys companions who can match energy and are close to his size (40-lbs or larger). He enjoys a rough-and-tumble style of play. He is a medium-energy dude with bursts of extra enthusiasm. He loves meeting new people. Who can resist that fuzzy face? Moses’s eyes speak to the wisdom gained through life experience. Moses has had a few hard knocks and has spent some time with our training partner learning how to trust humans after they’ve let him down. He will need extended time to decompress and to establish trust with his family. Once he trusts you, he’s a terrific, loyal companion. He needs rescue-savvy, experienced owners who are willing to continue working with his trainer to ensure he successfully transitions to his home. Meadow is fearful of SOME men, so she needs someone with patience, as we believe she was abused, in her previous home. She absolutely LOVES playing with other dogs, crate trained, knows basic commands, though still has high puppy energy, at times. Meadow can act timid/shy when meeting new people, though once she knows you, she will be your best friend! She's a strong girl, who needs some work on a leash. We prefer Meadow to go to a home with older children, due to her size (100 lbs), and the possibility of her getting excited and jumping on a small child.
