🌞 Meet Jericho – Proof That Love Can Change Everything! 🌞 Sweet Jericho is around 1 yr old, and his name fits him perfectly—he’s a bright, happy boy whose light shines even after a rough start. When he was rescued, Jericho had been left outside, terribly matted and neglected. But with love, care, and a safe place to land, this goofy pup has completely come out of his shell. Now, everyone who meets him instantly falls in love! 💛 Jericho is neutered, fully vetted, potty trained, bell trained, and kennel trained—a total catch! He loves playing fetch, chewing on toys, and collecting little “treasures” when you’re not looking. He’s learned to sit and is working on stay, always eager to please and soak up praise. He’s great with kids and loves to be part of the fun, though he’s still learning some manners when he gets excited. Jericho would thrive with a larger dog friend to play with—he doesn’t quite realize his size around smaller pups! At the end of the day, this once-forgotten boy just wants to snuggle up close and be near his people. Jericho's heart is as big as his smile, and he’s ready to share it with a forever family who will never stop showing him the love he’s always deserved. ☀️🐾 *We would love to find Jericho a forever family, with another dog in the home, for companionship. Story
Georgia🖤 is in need of a foster home this weekend, while her current foster family travels, though she is now available for adoption! ✨️This fully vetted beauty is the most positive, loving and loyal companion. She’s great with kids (slightly older might be better), cats and we believe other dogs. She’s a glutton for attention and will move your hand where she wants to be petted or scratched (especially the belly!). One of her favorite things to do is crawl up into your lap and look longingly into your soul with her big brown eyes. She has the most beautiful non-shedding coat and is great with brushing. It’s hard to be in a bad mood with Georgia around! 🩷She is potty trained. She loves toys, especially challenging ones. She recently has learned fetch and is living her best life! She is always as excited about a nap with her people as she is about a play session. She’s very intelligent and learns quickly - more motivated by praise than treats. 💕 ⭐️She hasn’t needed to be crated as she’s non-destructive and a great house guest. 🐿Georgia is most at peace outside in a secure yard where she can watch birds and squirrels. 💜She has improved greatly on gently jumping on her adults looking for hugs but will need additional consistency. She also alerts indoors at squirrels and passersby. She has responded positively to telling her we see what she’s barking at and distracting her with a toy or fun training session, but will need further consistency. 🐩Georgia is in a foster home with no other animals, however, at vet visits she was great with the dogs and cats there. ♥️Her foster family absolutely adores her but knows long-term she will thrive with a backyard or consistently active to run off some young dog energy. We have no doubt she will bring so much joy to her forever family! She will be greatly missed! **** Georgia is a RUNNER, and will be gone quickly, if given the opportunity, so a secured way to keep her from bolting, is a MUST. If interested in adopting Georgia, please fill out our adoption application: www.salvagedsoulspetrescue.org

Story
Boogie is a male doodle...fully vetted, and sweet as can be! He's approximately 1 1/2 years old and weighs 40 pounds. Boogie is an easy dog to love...he follows his person around wherever they go, staying close, participating in the action. He is house broken, though does not do well in a kennel (he becomes agitated if confined in one). Boogie is friendly with other dogs. Barking is minimal...usually only when excited and playing or announcing visitors. He has been learning to walk on a leash and quickly getting the hang of it. He is curious to sniff everything, but is not pulling or darting. "Sit" is well established. additional basic commands are in progress. Boogie is quick to learn and anxious to please. With a little patience and lots of love, he will make the perfect companion! If interested in Boogie, please fill out our adoption application online: www.salvagedsoulspetrescue.org

Story
Daisy Dolittle: Belle of the Ball The Sweet Life: - Folks who cotton to a dog with a lifetime of stories and’ll cherish Daisy like the family silver. - A kinfolk circle swearin’ to keep her fit as a fiddle and healthy as she ripens into her golden season. She needs a couple of daily meds to keep her allergies under control and keep her movin’ and groovin’. - A peaceable parlor where she can sparkle like the belle of the ball and wallow in love and fussin’ till her heart’s content. She enjoys having her kinfolk gathered round her during the day. A Lot of Love: Bless her heart, Miss Daisy Dolittle is a doodle of respectable lineage with the kind of gentle Southern grace that could hush a room full chatter; she ambles along like she’s strollin’ the garden party in her Sunday best, never rushin’, never jumpin’, never once climbin’ up on the furniture uninvited. This low-energy sweetheart pokes you soft as a magnolia petal for a scratch, talks back in the quietest little growl you ever heard, and—Lord have mercy—steals the coolin’ blanket off the bed every single day, spreads it on the floor like she’s fixin’ for a beauty parlor nap, and sleeps without a shred of shame. Limited sight and hearin’ don’t slow her one bit; glaucoma’s clear, bloodwork’s prettier than Nana’s weddin’ china, and she takes her ear drops and daily meds for arthritis sweeter than Papaw takes his coffee—easy as pie, long as there’s no chicken anywhere near her plate. She learned cat manners faster than gossip spreads—she considers them some of her fondest friends as they rub up against her. She even puts a paw on them and nuzzles them back with true southern hospitality. Daisy would be just as happy reignin’ as the only dog or sharin’ the porch with another calm soul. Truth is, she’s people-oriented and content to sit close without crowdin’ your space. Daisy needs a quiet home—no wild young’uns or rowdy pups knockin’ her over like hooligans at the Easter egg hunt—lovin’ her slow pace and lavishin’ the attention she’s missed these last years. She’s a rascal for pizza on the counter when nobody’s lookin’, rides in the car like she was born to it, and lights up for a short walk or a belly rub. Picture her in the passenger seat of an RV, weekend trippin’ with folks who understand aging beauties, sippin’ life slow and sweet. In the right arms, Daisy Dolittle will bloom like a steel magnolia—tough through the storms, tender through the years, and forever the heart of the home. Home Sweet Home Daisy Dolittle’s adoption fee is $400. She is HW negative, current on all vaccinations and HW/flea preventatives, spayed, and microchipped. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical costs and food for Doodle Dandy dogs and help make it possible for us to continue giving amazing pups like Daisy a second chance. If you would like to fill out an application and you are within a 5-hour drive of one of our metro areas (DFW, Houston, Austin or San Antonio), please click on one of the Adoption Application buttons on this https://www.doodledandyrescue.org/all-adoptable-doodles/daisydolittle and select DAISY DOLITTLE from the drop-down menu on the application form.

Story
Hi, I’m Jordan! My foster family calls me JoJo and I like that name too. The vet thinks I’m around 7-months-old and I probably won’t get much bigger than I am now. I currently weigh about 37 pounds. I am also potty trained and crate trained. I walk pretty well on a leash but could use a little more practice (I’m still a puppy, after all). At home, I might get a little mischievous… if you leave your shoes or socks out, I might “borrow” them for safekeeping or bring them outside into the yard! I love toys (the squeakier the better), playing fetch, and running around in the yard and at the dog park. I’m super friendly with people and other dogs. I’m not sure how I feel about cats yet, but I promise I bring lots of love, laughter, and tail wags wherever I go. If you’re looking for a playful, fun-loving companion who will keep you smiling and on your toes, I might just be your girl! Email info@habitat4paws.org for more on adopting Diamond. **Because we require home visits, we only adopt locally to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
