Story
Scared of gun shots and thunder. Lap dog if you let him. Comes when you call or wolf whistle. Loves running on the 5 acres fenced in with chain link fence. He has never dug under the fence to get out. I adopted him at 4 months of age. He was adopted from the Lake County Animal Shelter in Tavares on 11/19/2023. Someone that loves to cuddle with their dog's. He sleeps in an open crate at night, but if storming he needs to be able to get wherever you are as thunder scares him. I usually lock him in the kennel/crate if I know there is going to be thunderstorms in the area. He eats any brand of dry dog food. I used to have 3.5 lb. chihuahua's and they loved him to death and he loved them as well. He has been around cats and they liked him as well.

Story
Rogue is a sweet and loving dog that would be a great addition to any household. We rescued her about 9 months ago and she blended into our home immediately. At the time the vet felt that she was about 12 - 18 months old which would put her at approximately 2 years old now. She has as much energy as a 2 year old dog should and is a bit of a goofball. She has been described as fun and wiggly; which is really the perfect description. She has been great around any person that she has met and has been a great addition to the dog park when we have taken her there. She loves toys and cuddling and time in the yard. Unfortunately she and our other dog, also a female, had a run in and we need to rehome her. That was the only time that she has had any type of issue with another dog but we cannot take the chance that the two of them won't get into it again. We love her very much and it breaks our hearts to have to rehome her

Story
Meet Dylan, a sweet but nervous pup who`s learning to trust and find comfort in his surroundings. He’s gentle with treats, often giving a little lick through the kennel door to say hello. Dylan can be a cautious walker, frequently looking back at the person walking him and sometimes weaving between their legs for reassurance. In new environments, Dylan takes his time to adjust, carefully sniffing around before he begins to relax a little. While he may be a bit shy at first, he’s always curious and will approach slowly to check things out. Dylan is still building confidence, but with patience and kindness, he’s making great strides and is sure to bond deeply with someone who can offer him a calm, understanding environment.
