Story
Hi there! I’m Your New Best Friend! 🐾 They say I’ve got a bit of "southern sass," and honestly? I think I’ve earned it! My start in life wasn't the easiest. My siblings and I were left at the end of a long country road in Louisiana after a very scary situation involving our mama. It was a tough day, but I’m a survivor with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. I’m a Lab/Cur mix and I’ve heard the North is calling my name! I’m ready to leave my past behind and find a cozy spot in New England to call my own. Why You’ll Love Me: • Total Foodie: My foster mom calls me a "treat enthusiast" (okay, she uses a funnier word, but let's stay professional!). If you have a snack, I have your full attention. I’ll do just about anything for a tasty morsel! • Fabulous & Sassy: I’ve got a big personality and I’m not afraid to show it. I’m fun, energetic, and ready to be the life of the party. • Ready to Go: I’m fully vaccinated, spayed, and I’ve been a good girl about taking my heartworm prevention. I even come with my own health certificate! The Fine Print: I’m currently looking for a family to head up North to meet. Since I’m coming all the way from Louisiana, here is how the process works: • Adoption Fee: $620 (Includes my transport fee). • MA & NH Residents: Due to state laws, a 48-hour quarantine is required. The total fee for these states is $775 (includes the $155 quarantine and vet recheck fee). • The Journey: I’ll travel in style via professional rescue transport (Mighty Mutts, Pets LLC, or CAFA) to a designated pickup spot! • Meet & Greets: Most of us get adopted before we even board the van! You’ll get to chat with my foster mom to make sure we are a perfect match before I make the trip. Adoption Coordinator: Suz.caf@gmail .com Ready to add some sass to your life? Apply to https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScTORoCzcVe8_f4NnKCiQIGyVDOFXX108Oyt3T-U_rIfaxj0g/viewform You can also check out my friends at https://www.petfinder.com/search/pets-for-adoption/?shelterRescue=799490c4-3d38-40a2-8c62-0d147fc9a31d&distance=anywhere

Story
Would you just look at this gorgeous boy! If you’re in the market for a goofy, sweet, loving, friendly, adventurous lover then look no further! Peter is the complete package! He’s house trained, doesn’t mind a kennel, loves to ride in a vehicle and although he can be ok with other dogs, we think he will be most successful as an only pet. He loves getting all his humans attention for belly rubs. . He walks good on a leash and is very smart. He is so loving and never meets a stranger. He’s about 60 pounds and is a lab mix 3 - 4 years old. He’s in foster care in Louisiana and has been waiting for a few months for his happily ever after story to come true. He’s neutered, fully vaccinated and on heartworm preventative. Help us find Peter his forever home. Adopt Today: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScTORoCzcVe8_f4NnKCiQIGyVDOFXX108Oyt3T-U_rIfaxj0g/viewform Adoption fee details: Puppies - Adults $620 without quarantine $775 if fostered in New England or adopted to MA or NH residents which require quarantine Adoption rates include transport from Alexandria, Louisiana to designated New England adopter pick up locations and NE foster homes using either Mighty Mutts Shipping, Pets LLC or CAFA Transport. Adoption fee breakdown: •Adoption Fee: $ 395.00 •Transportation Fee: $ 225.00 • •Quarantine fee applicable if adopted by MA/NH resident or quarantined prior to fostering $155.00 Medical details: All our dogs are altered (spayed or neutered), DHLPP, rabies, Bordetella, Heartworm tested with negative test results, microchipped, treated for parasites and on monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention. A health certificate is issued by a licensed Louisiana veterinarian. They are also microchipped. Adoption details: In some instances, a meet and greet is not possible before adoption unless we have a foster home in New England available. Available for a Meeting confirms the dog is in a NE Foster home and available for a meeting in the city state provided. Most times our dogs get adopted before a foster home becomes available - and if so, they go straight to adopters home. Foster parents talk to adopters and feel confident that this will be a match before our dogs are transported up. Also if by some chance it is not a match we have a safety net in place as we ask that adopters to let us know that it is not a match and we direct you to take the dog to a foster home or boarding kennel once that is arranged. If necessary, we will ask you to foster the dog until a foster home can be arranged. Transport details: Mighty Mutts Shipping, Pets LLC (petsllc.net) or CAFA Transport will deliver our precious pups on commercial rescue animal transport to designated locations. The fee is 225.00 which IS INCLUDED in your adoption fee already. MA and NH RESIDENTS: If you are a Massachusetts or New Hampshire residence an additional fee of $155.00 will apply due to State quarantine fee requirements. If the dog is in a foster home in New England, this fee will be added in the adoption fee regardless of where the adopters home is located making the total adoption fee $775.00 for puppies and adults. This includes a 48 quarantine, recheck by a MA licensed veterinarian, and issued a MA health certificate. Visit all our available dogs & cats at www.cenlaallianceforanimals.com. Story
Meet Mr. Laid Back! Preacher is the king of snuggles and has perfected his couch potato act! This 3 year old boy has been overlooked for too long and we are on an active campaign to get him in his forever home where he can have his very own family to tell him everyday how perfect he is. Preacher's foster mom has know him for quite some time as she volunteers at the shelter he lived at, he has always been one of her favorites. When cold hit and outdoor pups needed to be in she took him home to live with her dogs.... and he stayed as a foster! She says "he is a big puddle of love and so warm and squishy, he's the best snuggler. He is an overall lower energy dog. He gallops to fetch the ball then lays down next to me with it when he comes back. He is good with dogs big and small, and seems uninterested in cats. He is currently on journey of learning about the world since his experiences were limited in the shelter." Preacher is about 90lbs and admittedly needs to drop a few pounds. He is house and crate trained, neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vetting. If you would like to help this wonderful boy experience the life he deserves and make him a part of your family, please email bigyellowgoose018@gmail.com for an application.

🐾 Meet Stella – A Sweet, Energetic Love Bug Looking for Her Forever Home! 🐾 Stella is 4 years old, a rescue from WAGS, and she’s got a personality as big as her heart!
