Hello :) Bosco is an amazing dog that will be your best friend and never want to leave your side. It absolutely breaks my heart to have to rehome him, but due to me and his other owner separating and not having the space nor time he deserves, I feel like its only right to try to find someone who will be able to give him all the attention he deserves. He was found in a snow storm last winter and we had taken him in. He can definitely be a little timid and unsure to new people who are around but once he gets used to you he will love you like no other. He is house trained and has received his last shots around 8 months ago. He does have some separation anxiety and trauma from being homeless unfortunately but we would provide his heavy duty crate which provides him with lots of comfort. Are you a lonely introvert looking for a devoted, super smart, and completely goofy best friend? I just might be your guy! Here at MAS I am staying in the quieter building; when I go home I would like to keep my living situation more low-key as well. Because I am a nervous-nelly, my adopter needs be a confident and experienced leader willing to take it slow and really get to know me before I go home. It is much more comfortable for me to build up to a relationship with new people (I am kinda like an introvert myself); I like to take it easy and go for a couple walks before we label our relationship as friends. Once we are friends, I am known for my "Trevor hugs" with my favorite people and I am quite a cuddley boy (I love belly rubs)! Car rides are one of my favorite things, usually car rides mean fun adventures together! If there is potential for water activities, you may want to bring a towel - because you better believe I am going to be jumping in! Going for rural, more scenic walks is another big highlight in my days. Not to brag, but my leash manners are pretty good (except when there's something I have to mark as mine - then I will lead the way there). As far as the nitty-gritty details go, I would be happy to befriend your cat, but I am not very interested in hanging around other dogs or kids. I have some allergies and anxiety that I have long-term medications for, but the MAS staff will go over the details before I go home.
