Story
Make sure to let us know you saw Coal on Adopt-a-pet. Coal is a recent owner surrender that we are already in love with! This pup went from being an indoor dog to a chain tie out due to the owner's health decline. The sweetness seen in his eyes, he just wants to be part of a family again. Coal has lived with other dogs, with proper introduction he may do well with new friends. Unknown cat behavior, we only say no small children due to his age and tolerance.

Story
🐼💎🐼 ADOPT ME 🐼💎🐼 Our lovely gal Panda is now up for adoption!!! She is an absolute gem of a dog 💎💎💎 Someone had dumped her in a rural area and we still can’t understand why. She’s just delightful in every way!!! Panda is housebroken, polite, affectionate, very sweet, happy, enthusiastic and calm when necessary. She gets along very well with other dogs & cats. We believe her to be a Lab mix, with maybe some Newfoundland in her, but we are unsure. She’s about 70lbs. Although she’s one of our best behaved, nicest dogs she will probably be overlooked due to her being a big, black dog. She is special and we know it, she’s a beauty inside & out. The ideal home for Panda would be- 🐾 She could probably be an only dog or gets along well with others. She loves her humans, so ideally is looking for a human who would like a companion 🐾 We don’t know how old Panda is but are guessing she’s an early senior, maybe around 7? We have her on some joint supplements to help her age more gracefully. She’s still quite active & enjoys her walks & playtime. 🐾 Panda is very well behaved, but we are still working on her jumping on people when she is excited. She loves people! 😂 We don’t have a substantial amount of requirements for Panda as she is an exceptional gal just looking for love & a new family! If you are interested in adopting Panda🐼, you can fill out an application for adoption by visiting our website at - ➡️ www.Canineliberationleague.com Or emailing us for one at - ➡️ Canineliberationleague@gmail.com Panda is current on all her vaccines including Rabies, DHPP, Lepto & Bordetella. She is fecal & heartworm tested, microchipped & spayed. 📍LOCATION - South Lyon, MI

Story
Hello! My name is Sylvia, an adorable puppy looking for a forever home! Few can resist a puppy. These cute, soft bundles of energy are, in many ways, like four-legged toddlers with tails. And, like children, puppies need a lot of time, care, love and understanding in order to thrive. The foster is reporting she is very smart and is catching onto potty training and basic commands very quickly! She is a fun, happy, playful puppy by day, and by night she is ready to chew on a bone and share quality cuddle time. If you are willing to devote the time needed for Sylvia, you will gain an amazing companion!Sylvia was brought into the shelter with suspicion of being blind, however no obvious physical abnormalities were identified in/with her eyes. She will need a patient family to give her time to find her way around her new home. She will need to adjust to being approached without the ability to see who is approaching and may be easily startled, she may bump into objects. Maintaining a safe environment for her will be important, once she becomes familiar with the layout of the home and to the sounds of her new family, she should do just fine but she may always need a little extra help."Sylvia is a female dog who is 3 months old. You should adopt Sylvia because she wants a home that loves her. Sylvia likes meeting new people and is super loveable. Sylvia may be visually impaired/blind and cannot see very well and does not like to sit still. Please adopt Sylvia!" - written by a 2nd grader at Lakewood Elementary

Story
Dear Adopters,Macchiato and Latte are amazing, lovable dogs. They enjoy napping on the couch, playing outside, lounging around, and being around people! They enjoy walks and wag their tags as people walk by or stop to pet them. They will need a little patience with learning how to walk without pulling- they are just excited to be out!Macchiato loves belly rubs and attention. Latte always likes to be right near her and even tries to take the pets from her. They are a great pair.Macchiato is perfectly house trained and Latte will just need a little help with this for the first few days in his new home. They both love the praise they get when going to the bathroom outside! They are not food aggressive at all, nor aggressive in any other way. They truly just want to give love and be loved in return. They are incredibly loving and loyal! They can be a little hesitant to get into the car but love car rides once on the road. They would do great in a patient, loving home where they can learn new tricks, play in the backyard, and snuggle up at the end of the day with their owners. These two are the perfect addition to your family!Love,Their short-term fosterLatte and Macchiato are a "Perfect Pair" which means they are bonded with one another and will need to go home together! "Perfect Pairs" have special adoption fees which make it easier for families to make a commitment to the pair.

Story
Milo~born~August 2021Milo is looking for an experienced dog owner and a special new forever home. Due to his owner's failing health, Milo needs to find a new home. His owner has provided this information about him. Milo has been training with Off Leash Training, a board and train program for behavioral rehabilitation, so that he can be his best self.Personality of Milo: He is such a sweet loving boy. He loves cuddles and playing fetch with tennis balls/toys. He loves car rides and sticking his head out the window. We call car rides "buh-byes" and he gets super excited. He loves going on adventures to new locations like parks or walking trails. He does like to "watch" TV but barks and jumps at it. He is a bit clingy and prefers to be around his person. He loves jumping for hugs and pets (but we are working on greeting manners). He loves fruits and veggies. Strawberries are his favorite! He loves playing in the water in summer, we have some sprinklers that I would be more than happy to pass along, along with all his toys, bed, crate, leashes. He's got a lot of energy and a lot of love to give! I think Milo would do best with someone who is active and has time and space to provide for Milo. Milo weighs about 70 pounds.Milo is not good with other dogs/cats/children but we are in active training to work on aggression towards other dogs. Milo is house-trained and crate trained. Milo would need an experienced adopter. A fenced in yard would be preferred for Milo. His only special needs would be weekly ear cleaning and daily walks. Since Milo is in active training, he needs an experienced dog owner who can provide Milo with a loving home and continue his training so he can be his best. Could it be you? Please consider meeting him and making him your companion and BFF._____The adoption fee includes age-appropriate vaccinations, heartworm test, spay/neuter and microchip! Please use these links for our:Online Adoption Application: paawarren.org/adopt/adoption-application-formWebsite for details, info: paawarren.org

Story
Bart~born~December 2020Characteristics: snuggly, goofy, friendly, funny, loving, smart, playful, best buddy, food motivated, fast learnerMeet Bart AKA Barty! Bart is 54 pounds of love and energy. He is a huge snuggle bug and LOVES to cuddle. Bart loves all people but would be best in a home without kids. His favorite thing in the world is going on long walks. His favorite person (besides his fosters), is the mail carrier. He thinks that she is always there to come visit him and gets so wiggly and excited each day. Bart is definitely a foodie. He is very food motivated, he enjoys veggies, fruits and of course any kind of protein. Since being fostered, Bart has learned to take food gently and to sit before receiving his treats. We believe he could be trained to do more tricks. At night, he loves to snuggle. Bart believes that he is a smaller dog and isn't aware that he doesn't fit on our laps. He is all limbs and is a bit clumsy. We find his clumsiness and derpy nature endearing! Bart is not a fan of other dogs at this time. We believe with training, he may learn to be more comfortable but he isn't there yet.Bart's Story:Bart is currently living with a foster and is so happy to have a warm home. Bart grew up in a family that did not take good care of him. He was left outside among the elements and sometimes did not have his basic needs attended to. He was found roaming the streets of Detroit multiple times after escaping his yard and finally animal control decided to bring him to a rescue in hopes that he could find a home willing to care for him. Bart has been treated for heartworm by the rescue. So now, Bart just needs a home that will give him all of the Tender Loving Care he deserves. Bart is eager for an Angel family to love him. He has so much love to give and a long life ahead of him. Please consider giving him a chance._____The adoption fee includes age-appropriate vaccinations, heartworm test, spay/neuter and microchip! Please use these links for our:Online Adoption Application: paawarren.org/adopt/adoption-application-formWebsite for details, info: paawarren.org
