DOB 5-12-2019 Elias is a retired puppy mill worker, he was stuck in a cage for 5 years of his life from the time he was born. When he came he was so thin, his teeth were totally rotten and he couldn't eat. Well that was his old life, not his new life! Elias has been neutered, all teeth had to be removed, he was heartworm negative and is now on ProHeart6, up to date on all shots and has become a little on the porky side! Elias would love to have his own home now, something he never had hopes of is a reality for him now. Elias is crate trained, gets along with other little dogs, would love to be loved by someone who knew how special he is. Elias's adoption fee is 500.00, this transport fee is 165.00. Our transport is HEARTS LLC, the only one we use for our kids! The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. He needs an ADULT ONLY home, experienced in resource guarding who is open to working with a trainer and behaviorist so Buddy can be understood, and all can live in Harmony.
