Story
hi Swiftie, this pretty girl is an approx. 4 year old Maltipoo. She was surrendered to our care from a commercial breeder in Lancaster when she wasn't needed anymore. She is 16 lbs. Swiftie has been a quiet and calm lady that allows us all handling without an issue (including a full grooming). She is a timid pup that is looking for a loving family to help her gain confidence and courage - while her past was not great, she knows it is only good things from now on. She just needs a bit of time and a loving home to help her adjust to this new, wonderful life. She will come spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, 4dx tested. She also had a dental. She would need to meet any resident dogs. If you are serious about adoption, please fill out the adoption application on our website www.phoenixanimalrescue.com Her adoption fee is $475. Story
THEIR ADOPTION FEE IS BEING SPONSORED BY MARCHETTI LAWFor 10 beautiful years, Mr. Jingles and Jelly Bean were deeply loved by their person.  When she moved into a nursing home, they came to us -- together. They remind us every day that love never really ends... it just finds a new home..Meet Jelly Bean & Mr. Jingles – A Sweet and Spirited Senior Morkie Duo!Age: 10 yearsBonded Pair – Must be adopted together Looking for double the love? Meet Jelly Bean and Mr. Jingles, a charming, bonded pair of 10-year-old Morkies (Maltese/Yorkie mixes) who will steal your heart! Jelly Bean (Black and Tan) is approx 14 lbs. This petite girl is sweet, affectionate, and still has a playful sparkle. She enjoys short bursts of zoomies, playing with other dogs, and then curling up for a good nap—preferably on a pillow at the top of the couch! She’s fantastic on a leash and is also pee pad trained (though she occasionally misses just a bit). Jelly Bean adores belly rubs, treats, and chew sticks, and she brings so much joy with her happy-go-lucky personality. You'd never guess she’s a senior! Mr. Jingles, approx 11 lbsLovingly nicknamed the “grumpy old man,” Mr. Jingles is a total softie once he bonds with his person. He enjoys couch snuggles and belly rubs more than anything. While he’s not overly playful, he occasionally gets the urge to toss around a toy or two. He's great on a leash and also uses pee pads reliably. He’s not big on treats or chews and has a tendency to chew at his paws—possibly due to a chicken allergy (as reported by his previous owner), so a chicken-free diet is recommended. Home Requirements: A fenced yard is a plus but not required—these two are content with walks and indoor potty breaks on pads. They do alert to passersby if they can see out a window and are often adorably confused when people come downstairs—it's part of their charm! They would thrive in a calm, loving home, though some gentle activity and energy would be welcome too. Another dog isn't necessary, but they’ve done well with other pups, especially females. Mr. Jingles can be a bit dominant, but he’s been living peacefully with a small male dog in foster care. These two have so much love to give and are looking for a forever home where they can enjoy their golden years together. Ready to open your heart (and couch!) to this lovable duo? Apply today and meet Jelly Bean and Mr. Jingles! They are being fostered in Sewell, NJ https://peytonsplaceanimalrescue.org/adoption-application/ ##2371463##

Story
Lady’s a 7yo 10lb Maltese mix. She’s dog selective, cat and kid 13+ friendly. She’s housebroken if kept on a schedule but will wear a diaper and use pee pads and crate trained. She’s good in a secure fenced in yard and/or going for harness leashed walks. She’s agile, smart, likes squeaky toys, people and going for walks but will bark at people, dogs and noises. She is easy startled so best to sleep in a dog bed on the floor so not to accidentally wake her while sleeping. Lady’s foster requires a calm home, where someone is home often, so not to be left for long periods of time, be an only dog, brushed/groomed often to prevent matting along with leadership, consistency, structure and to continue working on training. If your home DOES NOT meet these requirement’s please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone whose home does not meet the needed requirements. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far. Lady as all dogs should have 2 weeks in their new home with just their people who live in the home and to not have people over for at least 2 weeks. Dogs need time to settle in and adjust to their new people and environment first so they can learn to trust them first. Lady takes medication for a seizure disorder and for her eyes. She’s spayed, vaccinated, HW negative and microchipped. Currently in Phila, PA. If your home meets the needed requirements and you’re interested in applying to adopt please do so at www.tprescue.org

Story
My sweet Linnie 💗 Linnie is a 10 year old Maltese little lady who was time stamped at ACCT Philly. Her owners surrendered her to the shelter because it was obvious by her breath that she needed a dental and they said they could not afford it. The team at Zoe’s House, with the help of our wonderful community, got her free of the euthanasia list and into a loving foster home. She was determined to have a serious heart murmur but with medication, she was cleared to undergo surgery to be spayed and to have a dental where the diseased teeth were removed. It was also determined that Linnie has some mammary masses, likely from not being spayed early in her life, which are likely cancerous. Her heart and age caution against the prolonged surgery to remove these masses. Linnie is on a daily heart medication and gabapentin for any discomfort. Linnie is unbothered. She is a lady who knows what she likes and what she wants. She enjoys her meals, long naps thereafter and loving in between. She travels fabulously in the car and walks well on a leash. She loves a pup cup 😋She is house trained and cares not for the crate. She doesn’t need it. She is a true lady who is just hoping to enjoy her golden years close by her human. She is being fostered with other small dogs and tolerates respectful interaction but she would love to be the center of your eye and heart. She is a joy❤️ Linnie is being fostered in Collegeville, Montgomery County. A home visit and meet and greet with all residents is part of the application process. She is up to date with vaccines and preventatives. She is microchipped. If you have room in your home and heart for this little lady, apply here >>> zoeshouserescue.com Zoe’s House Rescue Kennel license 9117 Reading, PA 19607
