She`ll rest her head on you once you both start to get tired. &#10 You might occasionally have to coax her to play, but she commits to the game once you do. Nelly loves tug of war, and in our small apartment she would still somehow make a game of fetch. &#10 She was quite timid and shy at first with new people [who came over], but once she gets a sense of their smell and that they are a person that you trust, she begins to open up to them, too. &#10 Nelly gives cute little kisses and provides you with a comfortable presence. &#10 I will say this girl has some sass in terms of where she wants to go when walking… she might sit and toss her head saying `no I want to go this way.` It`s pretty cute. And again, with patience and some coaxing she listens. &#10 She is house trained and will communicate when she needs to go outside. &#10 `Nelly is a wonderful dog. It might take a `second` for her to open up, but that is only because she believes she has to guard herself for quite some time. &#10 If you give her a chance, she will become your adventure buddy, your cuddle buddy, and your genuine and loyal friend for life.`&#10 &#10 Nelly has been at FAAS for more than a year and deserves a forever home of her own.
