THEO IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN, AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO PA ONCE ADOPTED!    Meet Theo! If you love kisses in the morning, kisses in the evening, and kisses at suppertime, Theo might be the perfect pup for you! This adorable little doodle is incredibly affectionate and loves being around people. At just 6 months old and less than 20 pounds, Theo is the perfect small companion with a big personality. He loves to run and play—especially games of keep-away—with both small and large dogs, and he does great with kids.  Theo is a smart boy who already knows how to use a doggy door and is crate trained. He’s also great at letting you know when he wants something! He’s currently working on leash training and slowly learning how to interact with cats. Theo would thrive in a loving home where he can get plenty of playtime, cuddles, and attention. If you're looking for a sweet, playful, and affectionate companion, Theo may be your guy! Interested in giving Theo his forever home? He is fully vetted. Vetting includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies and all dog vaccinations. His adoption fee of $600 includes the transport to PA. We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Theo up north to his new family. You can apply to adopt him today!     If you have any questions, please email us at: newbeginnings_animalrescue@yahoo.com   You can apply to adopt Theo here: www.newbeginningsanimalrescue.net   THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING ADOPTING A RESCUED PET! Story
Meet Flossy Can you imagine spending seven years bringing life into the world, litter after litter, puppy after puppy, never once having someone love you back? Never having a soft bed that was yours, a person who was yours, a moment that was simply and completely yours? That was Flossy's life. Seven years as a breeding mom, giving everything and receiving so little in return. She is done with that chapter now. And the dog emerging on the other side of it is something truly worth knowing. Flossy is seven years old and she is learning, one careful step at a time, that humans can be kind and safe. She never learned that before and so she is taking nothing for granted. She tends to warm more naturally to men and has a special fondness for her foster dad, which makes complete sense for a girl who spent her life in circumstances that gave her little reason to trust. Her foster mom does everything for her and Flossy is still working on fully letting her in, which is a good reminder that love on Flossy's terms is the only kind that counts and it is worth every moment of patience it requires. She is sweet and gentle and has a quiet affection that reveals itself in her own time and in her own way. She loves to be close to her people, curled up on the couch or tucked into a bed beside someone she trusts. She can use a crate but she is happiest when she has the freedom to roam and choose her own spot, which is usually as close to her humans as she can get on her own terms. She does an absolutely adorable little circle dance at mealtimes and takes treats with the most gentle softness you have ever felt. She is in there, warm and loving and real, and she is coming forward more every day. She does need to be approached with warning and care, particularly when being picked up. She is learning that hands that reach for her mean safety and kindness, but that is a new concept for Flossy and she needs a home that will honor that with patience and consistency. Flossy is on anxiety medication as she works through the big feelings that come with a life like hers. She needs a secure fence without exception as she is a flight risk outdoors. She thrives in a quiet home away from city noise, quick movements, and the unpredictability of young children. A confident and gentle dog companion in the home would help her feel more settled and secure. She needs an experienced and deeply patient adopter who understands that some dogs arrive already loving you, and some dogs arrive having to learn what love even is. Flossy is the second kind. And the person who earns her trust is going to receive something extraordinary in return. She spent 7 years giving everything she had to a world that gave her very little back. She deserves a home that changes that completely and forever.

Story
Current Location: Alexandria, VA Meet Dina: A Soft-Hearted Doodle Mix Ready to Bond Deeply with You Dina is a 3 year old, 60 pound doodle mix with a soft heart and an even softer desire to bond deeply with her person. Once she decides you're her human, she becomes a total Velcro dog, happy to follow you around, lean in for affection, and soak up every bit of love you offer. Smart and Well-Trained Dina is both crate trained and potty trained, and she already knows an impressive list of cues: sit, paw, crate, leave it, place, gentle, and wait. She's treat motivated, eager to learn, and already improving her leash manners. She's working on loose leash walking, recall, and polite doorway behavior, showing just how capable and willing she is to be the best companion she can be. Joyful Explorer Outdoors, Dina is a joyful explorer who loves zoomies, crunching icy snow chunks, and trotting around the yard, even when the ground is slippery. She's resilient, curious, and always ready for the next adventure. She's been appropriate with other dogs she's met and shows curiosity, but no reactivity, toward wildlife like birds and squirrels. Building Trust Dina can be cautious with new people. But with patience, calm energy, and a few tossed treats, she warms up beautifully, sometimes within minutes. Once she realizes someone is safe, she transforms into a snuggly, affectionate companion who paws gently for more pets. Watching her personality blossom is one of the most rewarding experiences you'll have. Best Home Fit This sweet girl thrives with structure, reassurance, and a person who understands that confidence takes time. In return, she'll offer unwavering loyalty, endless affection, and the joy of watching her grow into the confident, loving companion she's meant to be. If you're looking for a loving, devoted companion who just wants to feel safe and cherished, Dina may be your perfect match. Apply today!

Story
Current Location: Frederick, MD Meet Bubbles. This one year old brown/black and white poodle with a soft curly coat and a striking look is as lovely on the inside as he is on the outside. At about 50 pounds, he is a wonderful size and carries himself with a calm, easygoing presence. Bubbles has a beautifully balanced energy. He enjoys playtime, walks, and a bit of mental stimulation, then settles down with ease. He is the kind of dog who can join you for activity and then relax quietly by your side. When left alone, he does just fine, content to rest and take things easy. He is house trained and leash trained, making him a smooth addition to a home. He understands no and will stop a behavior when guided, showing that he is attentive and willing to learn. He is still new to living in a home environment, so he is continuing to figure things out and build confidence with everyday routines. Bubbles will do best with a patient home that gives him time to settle in and feel secure. As he grows more comfortable, his personality will continue to shine. He is already showing himself to be a calm, adaptable, and thoughtful companion. If you are looking for a dog who brings a peaceful presence, enjoys both activity and downtime, and just needs a little time to fully blossom, Bubbles is ready to find his place with you.
