Story
I paw-mise we could have a very Merry Christmas together!Hi, my name is Nutella! I’m new here from Alabama. I am equally obsessed with my foster momma, dad, and siblings. I live with two resident dogs and a cat along with another foster puppy. I may only have 75% of the legs they do but still have 100% of the fun!! My momma says I have no problem playing with the big dogs. My Foster mom says I still have that adorable puppy energy, am good at going into my kennel, and I am sure to do all of my business outside.Don’t let my 3 legs worry you, I get around like my 4-legged friends and the humans say I’m all healed up! I had my amputation around the end of April. I haven’t mastered the long walk concept YET but I’m practicing. I like short walks with lots of breaks, but I know I’ll gain stamina as my surgery dates get further away. Momma also thinks it’s so cute, whenever I shake, my entire body shakes with me. I sometimes stumble without my 4th leg but I don’t let it get me down! I sleep in this big bed and LOVE to snuggle. When Mom and Dad are at work I go right in my kennel. I can sit and come when called. Mom says I have the sweetest smile of all time! Mom and Dad keep saying what a good girl I am and how proud of me they are. I would love a forever family of my own. I can't wait to meet you.""I'll Be Home for Christmas"" Adoption Extravaganza! For Applications received through 12//31/2023, Warrior Dog Rescue is taking $200 off of the adoption fee of dogs who have been waiting just like Rudolph did for their time to shine. This is reflected in the adoption fee shown below. *Training discounts do not apply*--------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.Adoption Fee - $275To apply for this pup, please submit an Adoption Application at http://warriordogrescue.com/adopt/adoption-application/

Story
Meet Henry! He's a curious dog who loves to explore and get belly rubs. He's as sweet as can be with humans, but tends to get pushy with other dogs if they let him. He does play nicely with several dogs at the rescue with no issues, so he needs to meet any potential playmates. He needs boundaries and training like any other dog, he's intelligent and eager to please his humans. He's house trained and adores his human. Henry is about 18 months old and weighs 55 pounds. He'd love to be part of an active home that's looking for a companion for hikes or adventures!IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as ''Out of Town'' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. You can read more about transport here: www.charmingpetrescue.org/transportWe understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.December 3, 2023, 8:49 pm

Story
WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org George - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Those named George are known to be solid, strong, loyal and saintly, yet friendly and unpretentious. This name sums me up rather perfectly. I'm all that and a big bag of chips or should we say milkbones?!! I am about 10 months old and am very active and will need lots of exercise and playtime. I would be a great candidate for some basic training or maybe even some agility classes. I would also make a hiking/camping pawtner. I do well with people and the other foster pups here making me a pawsome family addition for any and all of those adventures we might want to go on!! At about 42lbs I should be around my adult weight and what a great size I am. Big enough for all those said adventures but small enough not to hog the whole couch. I will try to always leave enough room for you, I don't want to miss out on ANY of my cuddle time! Nope nope can't be having any of that! Oh and I almost forgot to mention, I am house and pen trained. I don't much care for the pen but I tolerate it pretty well. After a minute or so I settle in and just wait for you to come back. I'd just much rather come along with you!! I am great with all people tall or small, especially if they're gonna give me some belly rubs or ear and chin scratches! I am such a happy boy, sweet and mellow and very submissive. I just want my cuddle time!! I do great with all the other foster pups and would love a playful sibling to chase around the yard stealing, err...did I say that out loud? I really meant to say sharing toys, I really did!! My short sleek beautiful coat is low maintenance in the grooming department which makes me more of a wash-n-to type of fella. Oh boy, you DO know what that means don't you?!! Yep yep, more time in the 'spoil me rotten' department. That would have to be my favoritest time, you and me together time!! Are you in need of a special friend that will always be there, always have your back, will be happy going on adventures or just being there in your doing everyday life things? Yep, yep I would just love to be your boy!!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi, I'm Emmi! I'm around 1-year old and 31 lbs. I can be a bit shy at first but I would love to be your friend! I am fully potty trained and I don't mind my crate at all - as a matter of fact if you give me a treat I'll do just about anything! I love treats...and food...and scraps..and helping my foster momma empty the dishwasher. I really enjoy playing with my foster sister and hanging out with everyone. I am a chill girl who just wants to be included. I have met a couple of older crankier dogs and I just want to be their friend - I'll never give up! My foster momma and papa say I am the sweetest pumpkin and would make a great addition to any family - although they think I will do best in a home with at least 1 other dog to continue to learn from. I'm looking for a family of my own to love on. Is that you? Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $550.00 Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 4, 2023, 4:49 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.//     Find our applications at www.midwestanimalrescue.org Adoption Fee $400 plus taxHelga aka Harley is a gentle soul who has been gradually getting comfortable in her foster's home. She’s been doing so well and is starting to shine! Helga would do well in a calm home with a predictable routine.  She will need a person who can be patient and give her the time she needs to trust and build confidence. It is also important she has another self assured dog in the home to show her that she can be brave. She goes for walks by the river in the evenings and snuggles up next to her humans to go to sleep at night. Helga is good with dogs and cats. She likes to run and play with her foster brother in the mornings.   Her days are spent relaxing in her favorite couch spot,  playing with her favorite toys, and sniffing grass in the backyard.  If you’re looking for someone to hang with you and watch movies, Helga is your girl.  As Helga grows more comfortable her personality begins to blossom she would love a forever home to continue becoming her best self.      Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.   or     *The pet you are viewing is a rescued pet which is most often from an animal control facility and does not come with a pedigree. The breed(s) listed are our best guess and are in no way guaranteed. Sometimes the pets appear to be a particular breed(s) in the pictures we receive from our rescue partners and when they arrive we are surprised to see an entirely different breed(s) in person!  If you choose to DNA test your adopted pet, test results may vary from company to company and our breed guess may not be reflected in those results as it is just that, our best guess. It is with deep longing that we wish there was a breed called "cute" as we believe all of our dogs would fall under this new breed classification! Completion of an Adoption Application via our website www.midwestanimalrescue.org is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is the first step in our adoption process.  *Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.  Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks. Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.   //
