A Puerto Rican Sato with soulful eyes and endless resilience, he became part of our family alongside his littermate brother, Móle.Malta is a 7-year-old, 40-lb medium-sized Sato: athletic, affectionate, playful, crate- and e-collar-trained, chipped, vaccinated, and great with other dogs. He loves beach runs, trails, daycare playtime, and curling up close with his people.Since the arrival of our baby, Malta has struggled to fully settle into the changes that come with a busier home. We’ve realized he would thrive best in a calm, experienced, child-free environment where he can feel secure.He does have anxiety around unfamiliar people and needs patient introductions, but he bonds deeply with his humans.We’re in Long Beach, CA, hoping to find him a loving Southern California home. I found her near some warehouses by where I live and she only had a collar with no tag. She has been living with me for a week and she has been great to be around. She has not used the bathroom indoors only outside, doesn’t bark or react to things she’s just easily startled at like the broom or vacuum as normal with dogs. She also let me give her a bath, doesn’t show any signs of aggression like with food, picking her up, scratching her etc. She follows me around and is very chill and curious. She gets bursts of energy and loves to play, but when it’s time to relax she just lays down next to you and cuddles. She is a great companion and deserves a good home who can give her the attention she needs.

This sweet girl came into my life unexpectedly, and while I've tried my best, my living situation just isn't the right fit for her energetic spirit. Brownie is spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. She's an absolute outdoor enthusiast who loves sunbathing and would make an amazing hiking or running buddy. She has a soft spot for treats and chew bones, and while she appreciates a comfy dog bed, she'd much rather snuggle up on the couch or bed! Unfortunately, Brownie is also an escape artist, and without a secure yard, she's been getting into trouble. I'm facing an ultimatum to find her a new home, and I'm desperate to avoid taking her to a shelter. If you can offer Brownie a loving home or foster, please reach out. Sunny is almost 1 year old, 16 pounds. She loves being outside and sniffing around and running around the grass. Looking for a loving family - will only consider families who have an enclosed yard for her run around in. She likes long naps too during the day. She knows commands like sit, down, wait - she's highly motivated by snacks! Loves playing fetch. She's been well loved, but sadly we are looking for a new home due to personal family circumstances. I believe she is a pup who will thrive in a home with a yard where she can run and play, and with a family who can spend more time with her on long walks. She's a sweet girl. She's usually a quiet dog but sometimes she does get excited and barks (she has a big voice for a little gal). She's a mix of poodle, toy fox terrier, Havanese, Maltese. She's not hypoallergenic and is a shedding dog.

Chanel and 35 other dogs were living with a homeless man in Tulare, CA their ENTIRE lives! They had never been indoors or interacted with other humans other than the man for their entire existence. Because of this, Chanel can be very shy when meeting new people as the world and civilization are still so new to her. Once she's in a home she may take a few days or longer to warm up but once she does she becomes the biggest cuddle bug ever! She loves other dogs, is cat friendly and very submisive and docile. Chanel thrives in a home with a backyard and access to the outside as that's how she grew up. Her potty training is still a work in progress but she's super smart and learning fast! She may not make the best first impression during a meet and greet because she can be so shy but we promise if you choose Chanel, you'll be so happy that you did!
