Story
My sweet dog is 4 years old, be 5 on Jan 31/26. She’s truly very loyal and loving and gentle with kids. She’s also not at all territorial. She’s playful and a joy. Her biggest issue is that when she’s on leash she can be unpredictable and can jump or growl at other people or dogs. In addition, when I have new people come over I either crate her or put her on leash and do a slow introduction. I like to describe her as the queen of worst first impressions. She is all bark and no bite and has never hurt anyone but she does “scare” a lot of people since she jumps. I’m sadly rehoming her due to having a baby and not having enough time to give her the attention she needs. I feel she deserves better. She needs to run around a lot and is extremely fast. She is somewhat okay off leash. My child is a toddler and she’s excellent around them and loves them. I would be interested to get to know her new family and maybe have some visits over the years and would love photos.

Story
Meet Buster. He is a 5 year old mutt who was adopted during COVID. He loves being around people and loves outdoor activities. What brought us to this step has been a compilation of things. Primarily parenting and managing time for everything is becoming a strained process. Ultimately I wish I could care for him until the end but I know my limitations. He loves our kid and our other small dog. He is a good dog and I want to do right by him.

Story
Joey is a loving, happy, and healthy dog looking for his perfect forever home. He absolutely loves people and bonds deeply with his humans. Joey enjoys walks, hiking, running, and being outdoors, but he is just as happy cuddling on the couch, giving kisses, and relaxing by your side. He has soft fur that does not shed much and is a joy to pet. Joey is fully house trained, listens to all commands, and is very trainable. He loves learning tricks and enjoys having structure and interaction. He can be left alone for up to 10 hours without issues, making him a good fit for someone with a full workday who can still give him quality time and regular walks. He is gentle and tolerant with babies and has been around two cats. However, Joey does not like other dogs and must be the only pet in the home. He would do best with older kids and a family or individual who enjoys daily walks and giving lots of affection.

Story
We are helping our family look for a very special home for Banjo, a senior cattle dog mix. Banjo is a sweet and loyal medium sized dog (44 lbs) – see images. He loves warm sunny spots, watching the world from a window, and being in the same room as his people. He is athletic and playful outside, and very calm and relaxed indoors. He is house trained, affectionate, and very easy to live with in the right environment. Banjo needs an adult only home that is quiet and predictable, and he needs to be the only pet. He does wonderfully in calm spaces with adults, but he is not a fit for homes with children or other animals. In an adult only, pet free setting he settles beautifully and really shines. If you or someone you know has a peaceful home and would love a gentle senior companion, please let us know. Our wish is to find him a safe and loving place to enjoy his golden years.

Story
Found her abandoned. We believe she’s 2 months old and is a Pitt Bull purebred or Pitt Bull mix. We will on get her first round of vaccinations and spayed before rehoming. She’s a sweet puppy but we have 5 animals already. She is good around our 4 cats and 1 dog. She loves to play and look at her reflection in the mirror. We’re training her to use her pee pads (some success and some fails but she’s learning) We want a patient, loving, and stable home for her that is ready to continue her training. So she grows up to be a happy, healthy, sweet dog. Rehoming fee is to ensure a responsible placement.

Egg yolk is ready to find his forever home here in sf Bay area! He's appx 3 to 4 yrs old, mixed breed but he's such a cute lil guy. He weights about 17lbs, loves to eat, crate trained. He does well with other dogs and is a bit shy in new environment and people but he will gradually open up. No aggression at all! He still needs to learn to walk on leash but he's a smart pup and will learn fairly quickl. He doesn't bark much and he loves to rub himself on the floor for back rubs 😄
