Story
Achilles is 5 years old and weighs approximately 75 lbs. He is a mixed breed and is truly such a sweet, loving boy. He is wonderful with children and absolutely loves people. He also has a goofy personality and doesn’t always understand the concept of personal space We are a family of four with two small children, one of whom is autistic, and as much as we love Achilles, we have had to be very honest with ourselves about what we are currently able to give him. Between our work schedules, the demands of raising two young children, and our daughter’s additional needs, we simply cannot keep up with the amount of attention, exercise, and one-on-one time that Achilles deserves. We love him enough to recognize that he deserves a home where someone has the time and capacity to give him the life and attention he needs.

Story
Meet Bertie! Bertie is a sweet, playful, and energetic 5-year-old, 35-pound pup with the petite genes of his 13-pound Chihuahua mom. His dad is unknown, but we suspect a mix of Boxer, Shiba Inu, and maybe Beagle. He loves playing fetch, going on long walks, and tearing apart squeaky toys, but he's also a cuddle bug who enjoys snuggling on the couch or under the covers. House-trained and kennel-trained, Bertie knows "sit"; "lay"; and "speak"; He walks well in the city, stopping at crosswalks, though he still pulls a little. He barks when meeting new people or pets but settles quickly. He's great with older kids and dogs, fine around our infant, but untested with cats. Neutered and up-to-date on vaccines, Bertie has no known health issues. We're rehoming him due to a move and new baby, as he needs more exercise than we can provide. He would thrive in an active home where he can run, play, and get plenty of love.

Story
Shelby is 7 years old, came from Rescue. She is high energy loves walks and runs. She is agressive around other dogs with food and toys. She has never met a cat but I think she would equate it to a squirrel and try to attack it. She has always been friendly with people. She weighs about 56 pounds. She was raised with another rescue (black dog in the photo) both need to be rehomed but can do single dog. She is an indoor dog and has never slept in bed with humans.

Story
Talulah (also known as Tula) is an adorable, cuddly, silly, and smart "low rider" mutt. At about 9 years old and 28 pounds, she is a very easy and laid-back companion. I am currently experiencing health issues and haven't been able to provide Tula with the best care lately, so I am looking for a wonderful new home where she can live her best life.Talulah is:• House trained• Up to date on all vaccinations and incredibly healthy• Friendly with other dogs (prefers slow introductions)• Calm indoors with no separation anxiety or destructive behavior• Enthusiastic about snuggling, petting, and relaxed sniffing walksTula has lived with a cat in the past and did just fine. She would be happiest in a home with a fenced yard and would not do well in an apartment or a busy city environment. She has been trained using force free, positive reinforcement, and it is required that her new owners use the same techniques.💰 Rehoming fee: $25

Story
Sasha is a 5-year-old mix who’s always ready for the next adventure; she’d love to be your next hiking companion. She’s athletic, smart, and happiest when she has an outlet for her energy, so an active home that enjoys outdoor fun would be a great match for her. She enjoys a good game of tug-of-war or chase, and loves to end her day by curling up under the blankets at bedtime. She can be quite the impressive jumper, so she’ll need a secure yard or supervised outdoor time to keep her safe. Sasha already has a great training foundation—she’s housebroken, crate-trained, and knows basic commands like sit, down, and shake. She enjoys interacting with her people and thrives with activities that keep both her mind and body engaged. Sasha does need to be an only dog as she doesn’t play well with other pups. We had two older dogs when she joined the household and unfortunately they do not get along, which is why we’re making the difficult decision to rehome her.

Story
We are looking to find a loving new home for our dog. He is a rescue, and we have had him for the past two years. He is a high-energy dog who would do best in a home with another dog to play with, a yard or space to run, or an active family who can take him to the dog park regularly and continue working with him on training. He loves playing with other dogs, is good with people, and has a lot of potential in the right environment. He will need some continued training and attention, but overall he is a good dog who deserves a home that can better meet his needs. This is a difficult decision, but we are no longer able to provide him with the level of attention and exercise he needs. We are committed to finding him a safe, loving home that is the right fit for his personality and needs.
