Story
Malu is a 4 month old male puppy. We are unsure of his breed; possibly a lab/pit bull mix. He was neglected and ultimately abandoned by his original owner when he was only 5 weeks old. I have been taking care of him since, but due to my living situation, I cannot keep him permanently. He is very friendly and playful; he gets along well with both humans and other dogs. He is potty trained and crate trained. He knows some basic commands, such as sit. He does not have any major behavioral issues, but he can be a bit energetic and rambunctious at times. He is a good companion and would be a great addition to your family.

Story
Meet Romeo, a 5-year-old, 60-pound mix with an endless supply of love to give. Romeo's favorite things in the world are simple: playing fetch, tug-of-war, and curling up next to his favorite people for a cuddle session. If you're looking for a dog who genuinely wants to be with his humans, Romeo is your guy. He is affectionate, loyal, goofy, and loves being part of the family. The Catch: He must be the only animal in the household. Romeo is aggressive toward other dogs and cats. Romeo also currently wears belly bands/diapers indoors because he has a marking habit. He would do best in a home without young children (10+). This decision comes from wanting the best possible life for Romeo. He deserves a home where his needs can be met and where he can be loved for the wonderful dog he is. If you think you might be the right match for Romeo, please reach out. We'd love to tell you more about him and help him find the forever home he deserves.

Story
Milo is a sweet, affectionate dog who loves being near his people and relaxing close by. He hasn't met a person he doesn't like and enjoys cuddling, hanging out on the couch, and being part of everyday routines. He currently takes medication for separation-related anxiety and has no trouble taking it. Milo does best in homes where someone is around most of the day, which helps him feel secure and settled. I've been working with him on being okay with absences, and he's been doing well so far, but still has some ways to go. He is typically crated when I leave the home. He’s generally quiet and not much of a barker, but will happily “chat” when he’s feeling especially excited or content. Milo gets along well with pretty much all dogs and prefers dogs that aren't overbearing. He enjoys longer walks but is also perfectly happy relaxing at home. Rain and heavy snow aren’t his favorites, but he’ll still go outside with some encouragement (and a warm, dry towel waiting for him at home).

Story
Meet Bertie! Bertie is a sweet, playful, and energetic 5-year-old, 35-pound pup with the petite genes of his 13-pound Chihuahua mom. His dad is unknown, but we suspect a mix of Boxer, Shiba Inu, and maybe Beagle. He loves playing fetch, going on long walks, and tearing apart squeaky toys, but he's also a cuddle bug who enjoys snuggling on the couch or under the covers. House-trained and kennel-trained, Bertie knows "sit"; "lay"; and "speak"; He walks well in the city, stopping at crosswalks, though he still pulls a little. He barks when meeting new people or pets but settles quickly. He's great with older kids and dogs, fine around our infant, but untested with cats. Neutered and up-to-date on vaccines, Bertie has no known health issues. We're rehoming him due to a move and new baby, as he needs more exercise than we can provide. He would thrive in an active home where he can run, play, and get plenty of love.
