I am caring for her from a family member she doesn’t have any shots unfortunately they haven’t been able to take her to the vet and has no vet work done She is a mutt for sure we don’t know her breed she is an adult pup but still very energetic She loves to be loved and played with she has been around dogs so she will get along with dogs just fine she is a sweet girl potty trained she honestly just needs a home that loves her and can take her to the vet I am rehoming her for my family member but I will definitely be asking a lot of questions so she doesn’t go to someone who won’t give her the care that she needs P.S She looks like that cause she had recently had a hair cut but she is quite fluffy when she has fur please give this precious girl a home

Story
Mila is a loving and fun black lab mix that we rescued as a 12-week old puppy in 2020. She enjoys a long walk or jog but can also lay around the house all day. She is devoted and sweet with her family, and other people that she knows. Mila has been through several training classes and knows basic commands and is crate trained. However, we can no longer keep her because of her reactivity and aggression towards children which culminated in biting our 4 year-old neighbor while she was playing at our house. Mila is great with our two young children but is anxious around most other kids. She is also reactive to other dogs while on leash but has some dogs that she likes. Mila could be a wonderful companion and part of a family but needs a home with no children and with owners who are very attentive to her behavorial issues and reactivity. She cannot be trusted around children.

Meet Bertie! Bertie is a sweet, playful, and energetic 5-year-old, 35-pound pup with the petite genes of his 13-pound Chihuahua mom. His dad is unknown, but we suspect a mix of Boxer, Shiba Inu, and maybe Beagle. He loves playing fetch, going on long walks, and tearing apart squeaky toys, but he's also a cuddle bug who enjoys snuggling on the couch or under the covers. House-trained and kennel-trained, Bertie knows "sit"; "lay"; and "speak"; He walks well in the city, stopping at crosswalks, though he still pulls a little. He barks when meeting new people or pets but settles quickly. He's great with older kids and dogs, fine around our infant, but untested with cats. Neutered and up-to-date on vaccines, Bertie has no known health issues. We're rehoming him due to a move and new baby, as he needs more exercise than we can provide. He would thrive in an active home where he can run, play, and get plenty of love.

📌 Important Adoption Information All of our dogs are currently living in private shelters or foster homes in South Korea. Once an adoption is approved, dogs will travel to the United States through legal and approved international transport procedures. Video calls are available prior to adoption, and adopters can communicate with our rescue team in real time through our official organization and app-based messaging channels throughout the process. • Rescue Story Mira came into this world against the odds. Her small mama was rescued at the very last moment—just before euthanasia—and brought safely to our rescue team’s partner clinic. There, on August 3rd, she gave birth to six healthy puppies, and Mira was one of them. Thanks to that timely rescue, Mira took her first breath in safety, not fear. She is now staying at our facility, where she continues to thrive through daily socialization with many canine friends. Mira is growing into a wonderful dog and is patiently waiting for the forever family who will give her the love she has always deserved 💛 • Personality: Sweet, Playful, Friendly As a young puppy, Mira's personality will continue to blossom with love and guidance. She has that joyful puppy energy that fills a home with laughter and happy chaos. • Affinity with - Dogs: Good with other dogs. - Cats: Not tested - Adults/Kids: Loves people! She hasn’t had experience with children yet, but given her young age, she is expected to adapt quickly. • Housetrained: Work in process • Walking Manners: Work in process, she is pretty good on a leash! • Likes: Loves running around and playing!
