Nelly is a sweet and intelligent 3-year-old mixed breed looking for a loving forever home. She as a strong bond with her current family but needs to be rehomed as we prepare for the arrival of our baby. Nelly takes a little time to warm up to new adults but is incredibly loyal once she feels safe and comfortable. She thrives in a calm, structures environment with someone who understands dog behavior. Nelly is selective about other dogs and has not been around children, so a home without small kids or other pets would be ideal. She's low maintenance and loves snuggles. She is crate-trained, housebroken and knows basic commands (sit, stay, spin, etc.). Looking for a foster or forever home: Meet Luca! Hi! My name is Luca, and I’m looking for a perfect home. I am an energetic boy who loves long walks and playtime - I need plenty of exercise since l’m a herding dog and still young. I get along with other dogs, but can display some resource guarding behavior and could benefit from desensitization training. I know how to sit and I’m fully potty trained! I can get a bit barky when I see people/pets right outside of the window. I’d thrive in a quieter neighborhood or a home with a big yard, but I’m flexible as long as I’m loved. My favorite thing in the world? Putting both my paws on your shoulders to give you the best kisses. If you are looking for a loyal, loving companion, l’d love to meet you!

Meet Bertie! Bertie is a sweet, playful, and energetic 5-year-old, 35-pound pup with the petite genes of his 13-pound Chihuahua mom. His dad is unknown, but we suspect a mix of Boxer, Shiba Inu, and maybe Beagle. He loves playing fetch, going on long walks, and tearing apart squeaky toys, but he's also a cuddle bug who enjoys snuggling on the couch or under the covers. House-trained and kennel-trained, Bertie knows "sit"; "lay"; and "speak"; He walks well in the city, stopping at crosswalks, though he still pulls a little. He barks when meeting new people or pets but settles quickly. He's great with older kids and dogs, fine around our infant, but untested with cats. Neutered and up-to-date on vaccines, Bertie has no known health issues. We're rehoming him due to a move and new baby, as he needs more exercise than we can provide. He would thrive in an active home where he can run, play, and get plenty of love.

We found Foxy on the side of the road back in June 2024 and took her home to meet the pack. She is highly energetic and friendly w/kids and other dogs. We took her to the vet to get her healthy: shots, dewormer, and exam. The vet believes she is ~10months old today but unsure of her breed. We are looking to re-home her as we don’t have the time to ensure she gets the exercise she needs, as our other dogs in the pack are not as energetic and much older than Foxy. Foxy will do great with a family that goes out for adventures, hikes, and spends their time outside most days. She will fit in well with dogs her age that are just as playful! She does not have that much experience on a leash, since we let our dogs roam the yard without a leash. She has never attacked our smaller dogs but have been too playful (as puppies are) to the point they separate themselves from her. Foxy highlights of her day are being shown affection, chow time, and playing outdoors.

We are looking for a good family for Hudson. He turns 3 yrs old in June and is approximately 70 lbs, neutered. He is up to date with vaccines. He is great with people, children, and other dogs. He has a strong prey drive when it comes to smaller animals. Hudson would be happiest with an active family. He does very well off leash and does not run off. He would be a great farm dog or do well on a large property where he can run out his energy. Hudson is very sweet and enjoys cuddling, a big baby. He is a gorgeous boy and is housebroken.

Story
Nyla is a mixed breed female who was acquired by my son through a relative in 2022. Nyla will be 4 years old in July. The SPCA categorized her as a terrier mix. Nyla is about about 30 pounds. Nyla is very energetic. She loves to go on walks (on a leash - she loves to run) and loves being outside. A fenced yard would be ideal. She gets along with well with other dogs. Nyla is very loving and gets along well with children. She has basic understanding of sit, stay, go, no. Nyla had a litter of 5 puppies in April 2023. My son is relocating and cannot take Nyla and I cannot care for 2 dogs. Nyla would love a loving and caring home.
