Story
Hi, I'm Amelia! I'm a sweet senior girl who's ready to spend my golden years with a family to call my own. I enjoy life's simple pleasures, like playing with my favorite toys and enjoying a tasty hot dog every now and then. Arthritis has slowed me down a little, so I prefer a slower pace these days, but I still have lots of love to share. With my mostly white coat, touches of tan, and one beautiful blue eye, I'm as unique on the outside as I am on the inside. If you're looking for a gentle, loving companion to share quiet days and cozy moments, I just might be the perfect match for you!

Story
Sweet and energetic dog for rehome Ginger is a sweet, loving, very loyal, and very energetic dog. She was dumped at Cedarock Park in Burlington 2 years ago and we brought her home to save her from being put down, but now we're moving to an apartment in Florida (for work) and we can't bring her with us. She loves time outside running and would be a great addition to an active person/family! We feel terrible to leave her behind, but we can't bring her with us.

Story
Bronson is a very sweet, loving, confident, affectionate 35lb mixed breed that is potty trained, neutered, up to date on vaccines, heart worm negative, and the last two months of his labwork are healthy. He needs a home with no other pets and no children, ideally a fenced yard, and someone who could work with a trainer to improve his reactivity.Current issues: resource guarding, leash aggressive, and a runner (darting out the front door). He has been aggressive with bigger dogs but not smaller dogs or cats. He recently attacked the neighbor's dog as they were walking her on leash, which is new behavior since the stress of moving house. He was previously fine off leash and at dog parks. He's bared his teeth/growled recently at the kids he lives with. ***He has not, however, ever bitten any humans.***He is currently taking sertraline and clonidine, but they are not seeming to help with the reactivity. He loves to sleep at your feet and nudge your belly. Please help us keep him safe.

Story
Hi, this is Daisy, a 6-year-old mixed breed orange and white girl. She is the world's sweetest baby and her parents love her immensely. It is with devastation in our hearts that we must rehome her for the safety of herself and our other dog after four wonderful years together.Daisy wants to be in a one-pet-only household with a fenced backyard. She loves squeaky tennis balls and will chase them endlessly. She is crate trained. She is extremely cuddly, anytime we have guests over they request Daisy sleep with them because she's such a cuddle bug. Daisy is a happy-go-lucky dog. She doesn't jump when guests come over. She wags her tail gleefully. She knows many tricks.Special need: Daisy does have some anxiety around loud noises. Smoke detector low-battery alarms, thunderstorms, and fireworks are hard for her.All those who have met her love her but they all have dogs at home and can't take her. So we're turning here. We will keep her until we find the exact right home.

Story
Kane is 5 yrs old. He is the sweetest dog ever. Gets along with pretty much everyone and everything. Has never shown any signs of aggression. We simply have not been able to give him the life he deserves ever since having a baby and currently have another otw. Both mom and dad work full time and recently rehomed his sister with family, so he’s constantly alone now. Although we sincerely hate to see him go, we just feel it’ll be selfish to keep him from a family who can give him a better quality of life for the short time they do have with us. Hoping to find a calm family or human for him. Preferably with older kids if need be, as he is a big dog and doesn’t know his size so he’s a jumper. He’s not up for much exercise but he does love dog parks, other dogs and being outside (and eating).

Story
Robi is a sweet, loving, and playful 1-year-old mixed-breed pupper. It truly breaks my heart that I have to rehome Robi, as he's one of the sweetest dogs I've ever met. Unfortunately I have to go out of town regularly to deal with a family member's health issues, and Robi needs more care and attention than I can currently provide. I adopted him in November 2025 from a shelter, and as of July 2026, he's 1 year old. He is very friendly, good-natured, and generally well-behaved, but he's very energetic and tends to get very excitable around other dogs, though he's not aggressive. He has completed basic obedience training and been to a few sessions with a canine behavioral therapist, but he needs a human who can provide him with more space and exercise than I'm able to give at the moment.
