Story
Hi! Our sweet little girl is in need of a new home. We fostered her in Atlanta a few months ago and instead of returning her to the kill shelter, we moved her with us to NC. She’s almost 2 years old, has medium energy and can be playful but also enjoys relaxing and snuggling. She’s house trained, potty trained, crate trained but does need training for better recall, jumping at times, and to keep up her current commands. She knows sit, stay/wait, shake, and touch - which she learned very quickly. We wanted to make it work with keeping her as she’s such a sweet dog and a great companion for our older dog, but we have a newborn and have realized she deserves a life with someone who can give her more attention like walks, snuggles (on the bed and couch :-)), and where she can be playful without worrying about a baby. She’s the sweetest girl who loves people, dogs, going for walks/adventures/hikes, and snuggling. We want the best home and family for her, she truly deserves it.

Story
My name is Fergus! I am a goofy, lovable mutt. I look like a lab but I have more than 2 breeds mixed in to make me a handsome dude. I am looking for a new home. My dad died suddenly and Grandma has 6 other dogs so she can’t keep me. I sort of don’t get along with 2 of her dogs, so she’s helping me to find a place where I could maybe be the only dog. I've never been around small children so it might be best if I were in a place where I could be crated if small kids come around.  I have had all my shots, I am neutered, I am crate trained, leash trained and have some basic training like sit & stay. Grandma says I can take my crate and leash with me. I’m pretty laid back and do enjoy ear rubs, I also just had my teeth cleaned so I smile pretty.

Bailey is the sweetest boy. We have had him his whole life. He will be 5 in May 2025. Sadly, we are having to rehome him at no fault of his own. Our baby girl is allergic. We are broken hearted over this. We have tried to rehome him with friends or family but have had no luck. Bailey does shed. He needs routine brushing. Bailey does bark when people come to our door. Bailey is fully house trained. He loves cats, other dogs and especially children. He does wonderful on a leash. We allow him to potty without a leash and just call his name back inside. He is trained not to go on the furniture. He has never shown signs of any toy, food, or other aggression. He sleeps in a crate at night. He does not jump on people. He’s an angel! He has most of his shots. He may require another or two. I can transfer all his vet records over. He has never shown any health concerns. He has never been on medication.
