Xena came into our care after being found as a stray. She had previously had an owner, and we worked with her veterinarian and local shelter to try to locate them, but unfortunately her owner never responded or came forward. We have cared for her since then and are now looking for the right permanent home.Xena is approximately 3–4 years old and around 44 lbs. She is sweet, affectionate, cuddly, and very people-oriented. She loves walks, exploring, treats, and being around her people.Xena does have significant separation anxiety and can become very anxious when left alone, so she would do best with someone who is home frequently and can give her patience and consistency. She can also get very excited around other dogs. We are looking for a loving, stable home that understands her needs and can give her the time and attention she deserves.We are currently working on Crate Training and using medication for her separation Anxiety and creating a training plan.

Luna is approximately 2 years old. We adopted her from ACCT Philly about 2 months ago. She is such a sweet dog! She absolutely loves people and children. She just needs to be the only dog in the home. She does not get along with other animals. She is fun and full of playful energy. She loves cuddles. She is house trained, crate trained, spayed, up to date in all of her shots, microchipped, and knows basic commands like sit and stay. We are heartbroken to rehome her but she is not getting along with our other dog, despite hiring a trainer for assistance.

Story
Once he feels comfortable and safe, he is a very loving and fun dog. He loves sunbathing, long walks, running in the woods, playing with his toys, and finding cozy places to sleep. If he sees a blanket or pile of clothes, he’ll happily curl up on it! He does have behavioral challenges. He struggles with separation anxiety and can become destructive with his kennel or things in the home when left alone. He also dislikes loud or beeping noises. He is not a good fit for small children or crowded homes, as he can become nervous and does not like being touched by people he doesn’t know. He would do best with a patient, experienced owner who can respect his boundaries and give him time to adjust. He is a great dog with a lot of love to give, and I truly want to find him a home where he can be happy, safe and understood! This is a very difficult decision, but my life has become much busier, and I can no longer give him the time and attention he deserves.

He is super friendly and affectionate, and will greet you with a happy dance and beg for belly rubs.Artie is well trained. He is smart, learns quickly and responds to positive reinforcement. He is sweet with babies and is used to being around other dogs. Traveling is easy because Artie does not mind car rides.Artie is a loyal companion and will quickly become your best friend. Owner can provide vet/trainer recommendations.

Tatt is 8 years old, had surgery on her back leg as a puppy. She is hyper as a puppy, she love toys that makes noise. She loves laying on your lap. I can't take care of her anymore, my mom passed recently and I am overwhelmed with 4 dogs.

Rocky is approximately 7 and a half.He gets around very well. He listens well. Hope around when he gets excited. Walks well on a leash. Loves toys and bones. Loves to sit and cuddle. No known allergies, not on any meds. If he gets scared he will bark and growl. Fine with other dogs on he gets used to them. Best placement would be with someone who works from home, is retired or has older children.Rocky will be adopted with his food, bed, blanket, bowls, and favorite toy. The adoption fee is being donated to our local shelter.If the adoption does not work out, we will take him back, and find him a home that is the right fit.
