Breed: Pointer/Jack Russel Mix (our best guess!) Gender: Male Estimated Date of Birth: 4/9/2024 Size: 31 pounds Location: Wedowee, AL RESCUING BINGO... Bingo was part of an oops litter of 9 puppies who belonged to a local family. The mom was a Jack Russel mix and the dad is unknown. Two of the puppies sadly didn't survive. We were contacted to help with the remaining 7 puppies and we took them in on June 20, 2024. We also had the momma dog spayed. When we got these babies they were in rough shape - loaded with worms, fleas and ticks but we knew they needed to be saved and we are so happy we could help! The pups in this litter are Bingo, Peaches, Zeke, Willy, June, Penelope (Adopted!) and Summer (Adopted!). ABOUT BINGO... Bingo is living in our rescue cottage with other dogs. He is a super sweet puppy but he is shy and a follower so would do best with a patient family that has another dog who is confident and could show him the ropes. He is a big snuggler and once he is comfortable and feels safe with his family he will show you non-stop love. He is very playful, loves toys and bones. He does well with his crating routine and is fine in his crate but occasionally will still have an accident once or twice a week. He would do well with kids and would make a great addition to a family. Bingo walks well on a leash and currently has a fenced in yard. He would do best with a yard to run and play in or with an active family that can get him out to burn off some energy. Bingo also loves to play in the kiddie pool and would do great as a boating companion or a family that hikes near creeks or has a pool. ADOPTING BINGO... Bingo is neutered, current on all vaccines, dewormed, heartworm tested negative, microchipped and on monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventative. His adoption fee is $200.00. Hello, I'm Cedric, a seasoned soul who values my independence. I was an owner surrender when I was a puppy along with my other 5 siblings. My siblings all were adopted but unfortunately I have made it to seniorhood without finding a forever home. I'm protective of my house so I'm not keen on strangers coming in so I have to be crated. I'm a big male of about 90 lbs. I broke my leg back in 2019 so having to have crate rest to heal put on the extra pounds. I do have a few doggie friends that I go out with but I'm okay being a loner and enjoying naps. I enjoy spending time in a fenced backyard and dream of a home where I can continue my tranquil lifestyle, perhaps with someone who appreciates a loyal companion without the fuss. Jasmine is a one and a half year old pointer/terrier mix. She is extremely loving and friendly. All of her vet records have been up-to-date and she is micro chipped. She was adopted from a private owner, however, I feel she would be best suited for a home with someone who is active. She loves walking on the leash, cuddling on the couch, and thus far has had no house training issues. She has given birth twice, however, the individual who I adopted Jasmine from only had her for six months. She truly is a sweetheart, and a good jumper however, I fear she may require someone with a bit more energy, as I have some health issues that prevent me from giving her the amount of exercise she requires. Someone with a fenced backyard with plenty of room to run would be perfect. She’s extremely playful and loves her toys, especially the chewing ones. I have not owned her for very long, therefore I’m looking to rehome her as quickly as possible so that no bonding issues are established.
