Story
This adorable little guy is Denver and we think he's a Puggle mix (Pug and Beagle mix) who is approximately 2 years old and fully grown at 32 pounds although we think he could use a few extra pounds. He's a very sweet and loving guy who has a medium-low energy level. He gets along great with everyone he meets and all sizes of other dogs. He's very affectionate but can be a little shy when he first meets you but warms up quickly and then wants to be your best friend. He's a smart little guy who loves car rides and going for walks. He pulls a little on the leash but is getting much better with practice. He's such a great size and has a wonderful demeanor so he'll be a perfect family dog. He's fully vetted and crate trained too so he'll be easy to live with. He deserves a great family and we think he'd be great with kids. He'd love a fenced in backyard. Reach out to Long Road Home Rescue (lrhrescue@gmail.com) to get more info and videos on this sweet guy.

Story
Bruno is a beauty!!! But what makes him so special is that he is also so loving and playful. He was found malnourished and scared roaming around a busy street, so a concerned tourist brought him to the shelter, SOS El Arca Animal Rescue, where he was immediately given care and love. He is being fostered in Manhattan, New York with two other dogs and a cat. He loves going for walks and exploring the city. You can take him everywhere- pet stores, parks and department stores. He is a great companion! He gets along well with other dogs and likes to play with them. He is a very happy boy who loves giving and receiving love and affection. He is 2 years old, house trained, up to date on all vaccinations, sterilized, microchipped, 4dx tested: negative for heart worm, currently on flea/tick/heart worm prevention and dewormed. Bruno has stunning good looks and a gentle and sweet nature, and he learns quickly with a kind word and some treats. He is ready to find his own person! Interested in this sweet love bug? Story
Meet Pancha, a 2-year-old, 14-pound female pug mix from Tijuana! Pancha is a total people lover, a foodie at heart, and a certified couch potato. She has the cutest underbite, which always shows off in full force when she's eagerly waiting for food! She's adjusted wonderfully to the hustle and bustle of the city, including the loud noises. Her favorite activities? Napping, indulging in treats, and getting belly rubs from anyone willing to spoil her. Pancha has made great strides with her training! She's already mastered housetraining, only having had one accident on her first day. Since then, she's consistently done her business outside twice a day. She's also picked up on “sit”, "wait", and "paw" and is continuing to improve her obedience skills. While she's doing well on a leash, she still needs some work on her leash manners and sometimes tends to pull. Her forever family will need to keep working with her to build on the progress she's made so far. Pancha is comfortable with her crate but has a clear preference for snuggling in her favorite spot on the sofa, wrapped in a soft blanket. She's calm when left alone at home for short periods and has never gotten into any trouble—no sneaking around or chewing on things! She loves being cozy with her foster family, often found nestled with her blanket in the most relaxed spots. Pancha is looking for a quiet, low-key family who appreciates both downtime and the occasional burst of energy. She’d thrive in a home where she’s the only dog, as she’s a bit unsure about other dogs when out on walks and sometimes barks at them. We recommend Pancha to a home with older children who can respect her calm nature and give her the love and space she deserves. Vaccinated for rabies, DHPP, bordetella, and Lepto. Neutered, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.  To apply for Pancha, visit our website (www.waggytailrescue.org) for an application. It is important to fill out an application as soon as possible for consideration, and we require a complete application for you to meet an animal. We are currently unable to respond to general email inquiries as an all-volunteer run rescue. If the dog is on our website, they are still available. Waggytail Rescue CANNOT guarantee the exact age of any adoptable dog, or final size of any of our adoptable puppies. We rely on the information provided to us by veterinarians, shelters, owner surrenders and other circumstances bringing the dog into our rescue. Questions: adopt@waggytailrescue.org ##2332596##

Story
Meet Sugar Cookie!   Meet Sugar Cookie, a sweet and gentle pup ready to find her forever home! She’s crate-trained (her crate is her safe space), pee-pad trained, and gets along well with both dogs and cats. Sugar is on the shy side and still learning to trust people after not being treated well before Waldo’s rescued her. Once she feels comfortable, she’s affectionate, happy, and loves being close to you getting pets. She's such a silly girl and is so much fun to be around. She would do best in a quiet home with a patient adopter who will let her warm up at her own pace. A backyard or outdoor space would be helpful, as she’s still a bit timid on the leash. Sugar is very food-motivated and doesn’t mind car rides. If you think you can give this sweet girl the home she deserves, apply today to meet Sugar Cookie! ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs. Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States ##2259876##
