Story
URGENT ‼️ Lids needs a new home immediately. URGENT ‼️ We have an urgent request to find a new home for Lids.  This boy was adopted from us two and a half years ago but his adopter can't keep him due to recent health issues. Lids is a three-year-old, 75 pound boy who is full of energy, and love.  He's a cuddler and an  affectionate boy!   He is looking for a family who can show him love and patience, and work with him if needed. He is good with humans of all ages, including kids.  But we recommend older kids because of his energy. He is good with dogs, but like most dogs, he will need a proper introduction. No cats for him. He is housebroken and knows commands for 'sit', 'down', 'off', 'high five' and 'come'. He does need some work with his leash walking skills. The best home for Lids will be: With an active owner who can take him hiking, running, or do agility with him. A friendly and playful resident dog (if there already is a dog in household). Patient owner who will give him time to decompress and work with him and shower him with love. Lids is currently located in the NY area.  Courtesy Post. Story
Meet Bruno Santiago — small body, big personality, zero chill. 😄🐾 At just 2 months old and 6.7 pounds, Bruno Santiago is basically a pocket-sized chaos machine with the confidence of a 90-pound linebacker. Our best guess is a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, which means he may grow into a strong, athletic, and loyal companion—but for now, he’s all wobbly legs, puppy eyes, and mischief. His hobbies include: • Dramatically flopping over when he’s tired (Oscar-worthy 🎬) • Chasing absolutely nothing at top speed • Collecting toys… and then immediately forgetting where he put them • Giving kisses like it’s his full-time job 💋 • Plotting world domination (or at least living room domination) Personality: Equal parts snuggly baby and tiny troublemaker. Bruno Santiago will melt your heart one minute and steal your slipper the next. He’s sweet, goofy, curious, and 100% committed to keeping life interesting. Fun facts: • Thinks he’s MUCH bigger than he is • Believes every human is his best friend • Has no concept of personal space (and no regrets) • Runs on snacks, naps, and chaos Great with others: Bruno is young enough to be introduced to dogs, cats, and children, making him a wonderful addition to just about any loving home. With proper introductions and guidance, he has all the potential to grow up into a well-socialized, friendly companion. 🐶🐱👶 Ideal home: Someone ready for puppy kisses, zoomies, and lots of laughs. Bonus points if you don’t mind sharing your socks… because Bruno definitely won’t ask permission. If you’re looking for a best friend who will keep you smiling, laughing, and occasionally chasing him around the house—Bruno Santiago is your guy. 🐶❤️ Warning: may cause excessive happiness and a sudden increase in squeaky toy purchases. If you’re looking for a sweet, loving, and playful addition to your family, I might just be your perfect match. 💕 💌 Apply today and give Bruno Santiago the life every puppy deserves—a warm bed, a loving home, and a future filled with happiness. If you’re ready to welcome a lifetime of cuddles and happiness, he is waiting to meet you. If you feel that Bruno Santiago is a good fit for you/your family, please complete an application from our site, miraclesforsatosrescue.org FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION PLEASE COMPLETE AN APPLICATION! https://www.miraclesforsatosrescue.org/adopt Please then email the application back to us at miraclesforsatosrescue@gmail.com. ------------------------------------- PLEASE READ: This dog is currently in Puerto Rico. He can be transported once the adoption is approved. We strive for our dogs to be adopted into the right home. The best fit for the dog is our priority. Please make sure you are ready to properly exercise and give a dog all it needs for fulfillment. In addition, we cannot guarantee the breed of any dog or expected adult size of a puppy. Please also note that any dog that is "house trained" will still need patience in a new home, new people, and a new schedule. Please be ready to house train ANY dog you adopt! Thank you for understanding.

Story
Meet Cowboy – A Little Blonde Adventurer with a Big Heart!   Cowboy is exactly what his name suggests—a spirited little cowboy with a heart full of adventure and enough personality to keep you smiling every single day! Born on April 14, this handsome, Catahoula mix, blonde puppy is growing into an affectionate, confident, fun-loving companion who is always ready to explore whatever comes next.   His beautiful mom is a sweet, gentle Catahoula mix called Katya, with the most wonderful temperament. Cowboy has clearly inherited her loving nature. She has raised an exceptional litter, and every one of her puppies has been friendly, happy, and eager to make new friends.   At about 11 pounds, Cowboy is thriving on three good meals a day and growing like a weed! We expect him to mature into a gorgeous 45–50-pound adult with an athletic build and plenty of energy for hiking trails, backyard games, family adventures, or simply being your faithful sidekick wherever life takes you.   Cowboy is everything you hope for in a puppy. He is curious about the world, fearless without being reckless, and always ready to investigate something new. He loves to romp and play, chase toys, wrestle with his puppy friends, and then proudly come back to check in with his people. His confidence is one of our favorite things about him—he approaches new experiences with enthusiasm and a wagging tail.   He has been lovingly raised around young children and other dogs, giving him an excellent start socially. We also expect him to do well with cats, especially with proper introductions. Cowboy enjoys being held and loved on throughout the day, but when evening comes and the excitement winds down, this busy little guy transforms into an expert snuggle bug who is happiest curled up beside the people he loves.   Cowboy is currently receiving all of his puppy vaccinations and is healthy, happy, and ready to find a family that will continue helping him grow into the amazing dog we know he'll become. He would thrive in a home that enjoys an active lifestyle, where he can get plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and, of course, lots of love and cuddles.   If you've been searching for a puppy who is equal parts playful adventurer and devoted cuddle buddy, Cowboy may just be the perfect addition to your family. He's ready to spend a lifetime making memories, sharing adventures, and loving his people with his whole heart.   To learn more about Cowboy or to apply to adopt him, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com.   Your new best friend might just be waiting for you.   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJuly 4, 2026, 12:35 pm

Story
Meet Katya!  She recently gave birth to eight puppies. At just 18 months old and about 50 pounds, Katya is still very much a puppy herself. After doing an amazing job raising her babies, she’s ready to enjoy life, have fun, and be spoiled in a loving forever home. Katya loves to play! She happily chases balls, grabs toys and zooms around the yard, and spends hours playing with her terrier foster sister. She also enjoys exploring and investigating everything around her. Like many young dogs, she may occasionally stroll by with a slipper in her mouth, just to remind you she’s still a puppy at heart. She is also incredibly affectionate. Katya loves curling up next to her people on the couch for pets and snuggles, or simply lying nearby wherever her family is gathered. She wants to be part of the action and close to the people she loves. She isn’t a big barker. If someone approaches the house, she’ll let you know, but otherwise she’s generally quiet and easygoing. At night, she sleeps peacefully in her crate and goes in willingly without fuss. She has learned to use the doggie door at her foster home and has been accident-free since figuring out the routine.Katya gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys playing with her foster sister. She has also spent time around young children and genuinely enjoys being around people. Because of some possible hardships earlier in life, she may take a little extra time to warm up to men. However, once trust is established, she is affectionate and loving. She now happily seeks out her foster dad for scratches and pets. One of her sweetest qualities is how attentively she listens when you talk to her. She gazes into your eyes as if she understands every word. And she definitely knows how cute she is when she gently places a paw on your arm or in your lap—something she does often and always melts hearts.Katya is a gentle, loving, joyful girl who deserves a happy ending after spending so much of her young life caring for others. Now it’s her turn to be cared for, loved, and cherished. If you would like to give Katya the Cinderella story she deserves, please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com and let us know where you live. Story
Meet Phoenix   A black Lab/Catahoula mix boy puppy who is rising above his beginnings and flying with the power of an Eagle.   Three things to know about this handsome boy: he was born April 14th, his gorgeous, sweet mama is a Catahoula Leopard Dog, and he's named for the white flash on his chest shaped like a rising Phoenix that is the symbol of resilience and power to rise from the ashes!!!!! The name fits in more ways than one. When Phoenix first arrived in foster care, he cried anytime his person left his sight. Two weeks of love, patience, and consistency later, he's stretched out belly-up in his crate, completely relaxed. That little belly-up nap says so much — it means he's beginning to believe he's safe.  This smart boy is learning fast! Phoenix is crate trained and puts himself in his crate on his own because his wonderful foster moms have taught him with the expert skills of a top notch trainer.  Every puppy they foster goes through their loving program and nurturing and come out as ROCK STARS!  Phoenix  sleeps through the night without accidents and is making great progress on house training — he knows inside, outside, and 'go potty' in the yard. He knows 'sit' and plays wonderfully with other dogs (he hasn't been around cats ye but could be just fine since he is a 'lover' of all things in lifet). Phoenix is all puppy, all the time — full of joyful energy until playtime is done, then he crashes happily in his crate. This sweet black Lab/ Catahoula mix has so much love to give, and he's looking for the family that will help him keep blossoming. Available for adoption through Critter Cavalry Rescue (CCR) in Nashville, TN. Please email at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   We also transport from Nashville to the  northeastern coast of states.  He is ready for a new forever everything on 6/10!!!!!  ❤️         PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJuly 4, 2026, 12:35 pm
