I know some basic commands and love learning.I am a big girl with lots of love to give, I will be a great family dog and I will be the best friend you have ever had.This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. He was rescued from a California shelter in very rough shape - he had major skin issues/hair loss and had clearly been neglected, but now he looks so much better! He's appreciative of love and attention and is a very affectionate boy. He's a big snuggler and will want to share your bed. He loves going for walks and other outings. He is good with some dogs but not others, so would probably thrive as the only dog in the home, or with a submissive female. He's been waiting a long time for his own home, and we're hoping 2025 is his year! Howie currently needs a foster or forever home. He weighs about 55-60 lbs. Please email for an application.

Ledyba (named after the Pokémon; often shorted to 'Ledy') is my 9YO’s favorite of the puppies because she’s a fantastic cuddler and would curl up with him while he reads all day. She can be very timid to start, but once she’s settled in she’s right there with you, ready to curl up while you work or rest. She’s great on a leash, but sometimes new sounds can trigger a freeze response. Patience has been key in helping her move forward, and her confidence grows every day. She often “checks-in” on a walk, happy to be going on an adventure with you, and my younger kids can handle her without issue. Ledy can be a bit goofy. She doesn’t jump on people, but her zoomies do include loping around like a baby moose. Even so, she’s very aware of her body and I’ve had zero issue with her running into anyone or knocking anyone over. She asks so politely to climb into my lap and has the softest paws when she does it. Ledy’s perfect home would be one that gives her time to figure out new situations. Moose has come from a dysfunctional family who was unable to take proper care of him. We rescued him and am now looking for hi new family. He is a very sweet & loving boy who love tummy rubs, chasing balls, tug a rope and just going for a walk. We are looking for a homeowner who could give him a happy senior life with a gentle hand. He is a high-energy guy who would thrive with active adults (kids 12+) who enjoy hikes, adventures, and keeping life moving. True to his Hawkeye spirit, Clint is agile, strong, and loves to play, especially with confident, social, easygoing dog friends after proper introductions. Clint is deaf and has a visual impairment, so patience and consistency are key. The good news? This smart pup already knows basic commands using sign language and is highly food-motivated, making continued training both fun and rewarding. He may take a little time to warm up, but once he trusts you, he's incredibly friendly, affectionate, and more than happy to roll over and show you his belly as a sign of true friendship. Clint is housetrained, crate trained, and has been around cats without showing a strong prey drive. He is the kind of dog who bonds deeply with his people and will stick by your side like a true Avenger. If you're looking for an adventurous, loyal companion who just needs the right teammate to help him aim true, Clint Barton is ready to join your squad. He can be vocal because he can't hear himself and it can be hard to give him signs from a distance due to that as well. Overall he is a very sweet and playful boy.  Clint is vaccinated, neutered and chipped. MEET ROMEO, a handsome, loyal, protective Black Mouth Cur. Romeo is a gorgeous 6-1/2-year-old male, and he weighs about 74 lbs. (His shelter paperwork says shepherd-boxer mix). Romeo loves to walk, hike and be with his person or people. He would be a wonderful companion for someone who loves to hike and go on exciting journeys! Romeo is a great guard dog and can be protective with people he does not know, so would do best in a non-congested area where neighbors aren't a concern. Romeo also has a prey drive, so needs a strong owner. He has done great with other dogs in a home setting. He's incredibly smart, affectionate, and will attach to his person or people. His bond is very strong. He is not a big fan of kids. Romeo is easy to groom, is playful, and loves a good belly rub! He will benefit from exercise, and people who understand his breed.
