Story
Max is a 3.5-year-old Rottweiler mix with a big heart and an even bigger personality! This handsome hunk came to us as a stray. While we were able to track down his previous owners, they, unfortunately, could no longer keep him—so now he’s on the hunt for a forever home.Max is full of energy and would love an active home where he can run, play, and get plenty of attention. He gets along well with other dogs and enjoys the company of sturdy, confident people. However, cats are a bit too exciting for Max, so a feline-free home is best. He’s a sweet, eager boy who's ready to leave the shelter behind and start a new chapter with a loving family. If you're looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion, Max might just be your guy!Come meet Max and see if he’s the perfect fit for your home!April 21, 2025, 5:46 pm

Story
Meet me at the mobile adoption event on Saturday, December 13th at Woodlands Pet Food & Treats Mill Valley from 12-4pm (unless adopted before 4pm). An onsite sign-in sheet will open one hour before the event.Spanky and Darla are wonderfully cuddly puppies just waiting to love and learn from their new family for the Holidays! They are typically playful, rambunctious pups but are more on the docile, mellower side than you would expect. As they grow much bigger, this could likely change and they will be great candidates for puppy training 101 and fun walking companions. Right now, they are content to be held, coddled and treasured! Story
NOTE:Please be sure to submit the application at the HSNB website! If you do not receive confirmation from us, email adoptions@hsnb.org .https://www.hsnb.org/dog-adoption-application---Well, hello! I'm Bobby! I'm a Rottweiler/Great Pyrenees mix (with a bit of Giant Schnauzer and Bernese Mountain Dog). The humans here tell me I have beautiful, loving eyes and am quite the looker! I just know...I love hanging out with people I trust AND KNOW. But I'm fearful of strangers and that fear presents as jumping and barking at strangers, so it takes time to get to know me. But once we're friends, I'll love you forever and be the most loyal companion. I love playing with other dogs, even ones that are smaller than me, because, let's face it, most dogs are smaller than me! So I would love to play with another doggo pal! Due to my extra large size, I would do best in an adult-only home. I try to have good leash manners but I'm a strong boy so I need an equally strong, confident handler in case I see something fun to chase-like a squirrel! I would love for you to come meet me! And if you already have another dog, bring them to meet me to see if we will get along. Check out my latest profile video here!https://www.hsnb.org/youtube-bobby-15330My adoption fee is $150. See you soon! 💕 Primary Color: Tan Secondary Color: White Weight: 82 Age: 5yrs 4mths 2wks

Story
Waldo was found as a stray in November 4 and was scheduled to be euthanized on December 2 despite being the friendliest, cuddliest little meatball you will ever meet. My wife and I pulled him off the kill list so that he could have another shot at life and he is already becoming a wonderful part of our dog pack. We would keep him, but we already have three dogs and don't have space for another. Waldo is about two years old, neutered, potty trained, and absolutely LOVES playing with other dogs–he's as wiggly and happy as they come. He imprints quickly on people and becomes an instant lover–every time my wife and I sit down on our couch or lie down in our bed, he comes up to cuddle with us / sleep next to us. He is just starting to learn his name–he comes when called in the house but he hasn't been off leash in the park and we are just beginning recall and obedience training. He is very submissive and responds well to corrections from other dogs and has already learned to walk in a pack
