Story
Maverick is 1 1/2 yrs old Rottweiler. We are looking for someone who has experience with raising a Rotti so they understand him. He is a big guy and weighs 100 lbs currently. He is up to date on his shots. He is not neutered. He is a huge baby with lots of energy and love. He does not know his size. He climbs in my chair and lays down. One of the pics he is in my chair. 😁He does try to chew things up. He likes the hard chew toys. Other ones he chews up and tries to eat the stuffing out of it. We do have a cat and he chases her anytime he sees her. He has never tried to bite her. We also have a corgi that he loves to play with. They wrestle and chase each other all day. He has been around small kids. No issues except for just being excited and has knocked them over. We are looking for the right person(s) to take care of him like he deserves to be taken care. You must be the right fit for Maverick.

Story
REIGN was found tied to our fence on New Year's Eve. At the time, he seemed like a very insecure, tentative guy. After about a week of being with us, we received a note about his past. Apparently Reign was rescued from an abusive home by a good Samaritan. We feel that he was introduced too quickly and shown love too quickly and escalated to top dog, resulting in a couple of bites and A dogfight. We have been going slow with Reign and feel that he would do well a Rottweiler savvy, female only home. He is not a confident dog and needs to experience the things he missed out on in his first home – long gentle hikes would be ideal confidence builders.  Once he settles in, a basic obedience class would be a great beginning 'job'.  Reign Is learning a little bit each day and we are not looking to rush him into a home, we would like a family that is able to do several meet and greets, overnights and take it slow slowly. Reign has been neutered, vaccinated and tested negative for heartworm and tickborne diseases and has been microchipped. Adoption $350. Please fill out our dog adoption application prior to making an appointment to come out and meet Reign. March 7, 2026, 5:36 pm

Story
Vinny is a 7 month old neutered male Rottweiler who weighs 50 pounds. He was surrendered to our vet when he was no longer wanted and they reached out to us to get him to safety. Vinny is a bit shy to start, but bonds to his person quickly and would do best in a home with no kids. He has tested well with other dogs, is learning to walk on the leash and will thrive in a home. **GEORGE`S ADOPTION FEE IS FULLY SPONSORED**Hello, my name is: George Approx. DOB: 06/03/2015Sex/Breed: Neutered male RottweilerWeight: 81.2 lbsRescued from: Owner surrenderGeorge found his way to All 4 Paws after his family went through some big changes and felt they could no longer offer him the time and attention he deserved. Since the moment he arrived in our care he has been the sweetest boy! He loves to snuggle on the couch, enjoys nice long walks at the park, and is very attentive. This sweet senior boy is looking for a family with someone home often who is ready to open their heart to a senior dog. Despite his age, he has a lot of love left and deserves to have a human devoted to him in his golden years. George is house trained, walks beautifully on leash, and rides well in the car. While he is on a special diet due to some chronic tummy issues, he is a low maintenance guy with everything else. Who will open their heart and home to this handsome boy?? All our pets are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting? Story
I am looking for the best possible home for Onyx, my 8-year-old Rottweiler. Onyx just celebrated his 8th birthday on July 7th. This is an incredibly difficult decision for me. Due to a divorce and losing my home, I am unfortunately no longer in a position to keep him. I love Onyx very much, and letting him go breaks my heart. My biggest concern is making sure he goes to someone who will love him and care for him the way he deserves. Onyx is a wonderful, loving dog. He is naturally protective of women and children. With men, he needs time to get to know you and feel comfortable. Once he trusts you, he is an amazing companion who is full of love. Onyx previously attended training classes at Petco. He completed his training except for his third class, which focused on socializing with people. Unfortunately, the COVID shutdown prevented him from completing that portion of his training. He knows and follows commands and absolutely loves treats and being petted. He has so much love to give a

Story
Cowboy is a handsome rottweiler/shepherd mix that has the most beautiful honey-colored eyes. When Cowboy looks at you, he looks right into your soul. While his eyes are beautiful, they are still sad, as they know, he has nobody wanting him. This boy is 2 years old and weighs 54 lbs. Cowboy has been at the sanctuary since he was a tiny puppy, along with his siblings. About 22 months ago, back around June of 2024, a rescue asked for them to take him and 3 siblings into care at just 8 weeks old with commitment to help financially and take them on the next transport. The rescue delayed, delayed and delayed. They didn't give a dime to their care before ultimately ghosting them completely once they were 5 months old. THEN, another rescue stepped in and tagged them. They ended up ALSO completely ghosting 6 weeks later. The sanctuary, based in South Texas along the Texas/Mexico border, had little options back then. They begged for help, and nobody stepped in to help. Unfortunately, it led to Cowboy and his siblings growing up without ever knowing what their forever is. Cowboy could have had his forever home 2 years ago, instead, 2 rescues took that away from them. This is where we have stepped into help. We want to help Cowboy find his forever home he so deserves. Cowboy loves to hang out in the AC and next to people. He is quiet, chill and so relaxed. When he is outside, he loves to sit in the pools and cool down. He does not want craziness and does not need lots of energy, just needs proper exercise and lots of love. Cowboy loves other dogs but would not mind at all being an only dog. He is currently in the sanctuary with other dogs. His favorite treats are hot dogs; he can never get enough of them. Cowboy likes to sit back and watch the chaos of other dogs rather than joining in. He just wants to sunbathe, relax and love life! Cowboy requests strong toys, as anything less will be nothing more than fluff when he is done with it. But man, he LOVES his toys! Cowboy knows how to walk on a leash and gets very excited when going for a walk. He will grab the leash with his mouth and try to walk himself. He LOVES adventures. The sanctuary has pigs, and we know for sure he gets along with them! Cowboy is smart, loyal, and has the best smile. He does not need a lot, but does need someone with patience, love, and a kind heart. Cowboy wants his best friend, and we hope his best friend is out there for him. Cowboy is fixed (spayed/neutered), heart worm positive (they have received the 30-day course of antibiotics and need to stay on heart worm prevention for 12-16 months and be retested then), current on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention, microchipped, current on de-wormer, and will receive a clean bill of health from a licensed veterinarian prior to transport. PLEASE READ BELOW: To apply to adopt you can go to our website at: www.pawsitive-Impact-animal-rescue.org This animal is currently located in Texas, but we do NOT adopt animals out in Texas due to the hundreds of animals being euthanized here daily. Story
We adopted him from fur-ever paws when he was just old enough to adopt, he has training experience and knows many commands we no longer have the time with children and a busy schedule that he deserves. He has all of his yearly check up’s and shot records. He has boarding experience from training and boarded when we went on vacation. Loving dog just needs a lot of love and exercise.
