Puppy   Male    Hound/Rottie mix Neutered Meet Jacob - FOSTER NEEDED!!! Jacob, and his 5 siblings, were born to a stray momma and a neighborhood dog. The family that gave them space to be born and fed the momma, decided to keep the momma and let the puppies run at large on the property and play near and on the road.  Unfortunately, one of the puppies was struck and killed. The next-door neighbor contacted an area rescue who came to talk to the family.  The family tearfully surrendered the 5 puppies to the rescuers and agreed to have the momma and daddy fixed. Jacob is a beautiful boy, now 6 months old and weighs 30 pounds. The 5 siblings are very loving one-on-one, playful and sweet natured. He is not yet leash trained or house broken but is crate trained. He is arriving in early February from Tennessee. I'm pretty much the whole package, and let's discuss how such an eligible bachelor ended up on the single and ready to mingle market in the first place… Unfortunately, my human passed away, so a kind family took me in so I didn't have to come to a stressful shelter.. Sadly, they couldn't keep me any longer, so I traded in my foster home for a kennel of my own. My fosters have so many great things to say about me, including that I do great with kids, and do well with large and small dogs, too! At just around 3 years young, and around 72 solid pounds, I have lots more life and adventure left in me, and I'm hoping to settle down with someone who is able to admire my adorable face and sweet demeanor!
