Story
Leo is 6 years old, he's a very energetic dog, great guard dog and he thinks he's a lap dog still, he can be very handsy, he needs consistent training or he'll just ignore you. Loves to chase and be chased, loves walks and obsessed with treats and chewable toys.We want him to be with someone that has a very active lifestyle because hes a very active dog, he thrives on big spacious backyards and he's very food motivated. He has that rotti growl when he plays, specially tug-o-war, he likes being chased to take his toy from him and loves belly rubs.He doesn't know how to behave when hes too excited and he seems like he's aggressive but he hasn't done anything even after some slip ups he ends up just sniffing or barking in their face, even when a dog approached him out of the blue he was trying to make the other dog chase him.

Story
Daisy is a super sweet girl. She’s four yrs old but acts like a puppy! We rescued her from a very cramped living situation. She alerts you when she needs to go outside by ringing the bell that hangs on the door. She is also good with our cat. We have a 9 yr old and she knocks him down once in a while when she turns around too quick like she doesn’t know how big she is. A fenced in yard would be great for her and we just don’t have that. I hate to rehome her but I just don’t have the time and experience she needs. I’m asking for $300 because her kennel and lead comes with her and because I was told to ask for at least that much to keep her safe. If $300 is too much make an offer. I just want her to go to a safe and loving home.We do have the paperwork for her as well.

We do not have a facility for you to visit. You are welcome to email ccrcdogs@ccrcdogs.com with specific questions, but please complete the online application, which can be found at www.ccrcdogs.com, to secure your position in line for one of our dogs. You can also find a description of our process on that same page. Puppies will not be available to be seen until their 10-day quarantine has passed. Our adoption fees are listed on our website and cover the cost of the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots and tests, medications to bring the dog to full health, and a free visit with one of our approved vets after adoption. Most dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers so there is often very little known about their history or current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. CCRC has a variety of materials and resources to assist you with this, and we have trainers who will offer free phone/email support. June 21, 2026, 11:11 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Roscoe, one of two new residents at the Mikey & Me kennels for Happy Days Rescue.  Roscoe is a smaller Rottweiler Mix, he’s about one year of age, he has a beautiful, multicolored coat, and he weighs just 36 pounds. He is slightly shy at first but this handsome boy enjoys meeting new people and other nice dogs. Roscoe enjoys engaging with people in the outdoor play yard and he’s a ball-fetcher extraordinaire.  He really likes playing ball and he’d keep going for hours if given the chance. Roscoe had his vaccinations on 1/20/26 and he tested negative for Heart Worm on 4/12/26. We have him started on heart worm prevention and flea/tick meds. Roscoe has already been neutered so he’s ready to find his forever family and have a great summer full of exploration.  If you would like to meet Roscoe, please submit an adoption application under his name at  happydaysdogandcatrescue.org .   Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to    Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.    Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 21, 2026, 5:40 am
