I have a sweet heart and can’t wait to find someone who will love me just as much as I’ll love them. One of my favorite things to do is run and stretch my legs, but once I’ve burned off my energy, I’m happiest curled up next to my favorite people for snuggles. I’m wonderful with kids and get along well with other dogs, making me a great companion for many different families. I love chew toys—especially the tough, durable kind—but I’ll happily play with soft toys too. Treats are the quickest way to win me over, and since I’m very food-motivated, they also help me learn new things! I’m already crate trained and walk nicely on a leash, so I’m ready to settle into my new home. I can be skittish when I encounter new people, places, or situations, so I’ll need a family who will let me go at my own pace. Once I know I’m safe, my loving and loyal personality shines through. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal. Please understand the statements about this animal are based upon the foster home's evaluation of the animal. The animal might behave differently (negatively or positively) in your home. While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children. The animal may be housebroken or litter trained in the home of the foster but may relapse in your home. The animal is represented to the public as it performs in the foster home and any statements made regarding the animal are conditional to that foster home setting.
