Story
Hello, my name is Karma. I am a sensitive soul looking for my forever family, and I`m hoping it could be you! I am looking for a low-traffic home to feel like my best self, because I am nervous sometimes about a lot of commotion and change. I would do best meeting household dogs before adoption; I have a history of being playful and friendly with other dogs but I can be selective like human introverts might be. Bring some good vibes into your life by adopting me today!

Leo is 6 years old, he's a very energetic dog, great guard dog and he thinks he's a lap dog still, he can be very handsy, he needs consistent training or he'll just ignore you. Loves to chase and be chased, loves walks and obsessed with treats and chewable toys.We want him to be with someone that has a very active lifestyle because hes a very active dog, he thrives on big spacious backyards and he's very food motivated. He has that rotti growl when he plays, specially tug-o-war, he likes being chased to take his toy from him and loves belly rubs.

We do not have a facility for you to visit. You are welcome to email ccrcdogs@ccrcdogs.com with specific questions, but please complete the online application, which can be found at www.ccrcdogs.com, to secure your position in line for one of our dogs. You can also find a description of our process on that same page. Puppies will not be available to be seen until their 10-day quarantine has passed. Our adoption fees are listed on our website and cover the cost of the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots and tests, medications to bring the dog to full health, and a free visit with one of our approved vets after adoption. Most dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers so there is often very little known about their history or current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. CCRC has a variety of materials and resources to assist you with this, and we have trainers who will offer free phone/email support. July 16, 2026, 8:22 am

Story
Daisy is a super sweet girl. She’s four yrs old but acts like a puppy! We rescued her from a very cramped living situation. She alerts you when she needs to go outside by ringing the bell that hangs on the door. She is also good with our cat. We have a 9 yr old and she knocks him down once in a while when she turns around too quick like she doesn’t know how big she is. A fenced in yard would be great for her and we just don’t have that. I hate to rehome her but I just don’t have the time and experience she needs. I’m asking for $200 because her kennel and lead comes with her and because I was told to ask for at least that much to keep her safe. We do have the paperwork for her as well.

Story
If you are looking for a young, frisky pup who loves to play, Roady would be your new best friend. He could be part boxer or boxweiler with his furrowed brow but leans in like a lab, part heeler perhaps? Whatever the mix, Roady does love the car, travels politely, and would thrive with a daily dog park visit. He has a lot of stamina, runs fast, and enjoys chasing balls. He might do really well with agility training. Roady loves his meals and is working on "sit" to wait for them. He is a bit shy on occasion and it will take time for "come" to be second nature. Roady can get distracted outside as all his senses seem to be on alert. He has especially keen hearing and long distance vision, but does not bark often. He is a gentleman in the house as he is totally housebroken! Roady is still young and learning, loving a chew toy of any kind, especially plastic, so he will need heavy monitoring in a new environment for a bit. He takes calm and firm verbal correction well and is learning "off" and "leave it" commands. Having said that, Roady crates easily and enjoys being in and out of bed during the day on his own. He has done well being confined when adults are out for a couple of hours. Roady gets along well with other medium-sized dogs and follows after his foster brother on walks and visits in the yard. He is a great follower and would love another dog or playmate at home. He does very well on leash. If you are looking for a manageable optimistic, playful dog who can content himself without fuss, Roady will make a wonderful companion for the lucky family that chooses him.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Story
Rags is a very friendly and chill Rottie mix who was luckily rescued by his foster. He was found walking down a median on a busy road in Detroit. Rags currently lives with several other dogs and is very loving and sweet. It appeared he was not very well taken care of when found. He has an overbite which was probably congenital that causes his tongue to stick out. He had heartworm disease when we first got him but he was treated and is now healthy and heartworm negative. Rags is about 75 pounds and estimated to be about 11 years old. Rags has a good personality and would love to finally find a wonderful new family to love and care for him. This fellow definitely deserves it. Please consider making him a new addition to your home or companion for another friendly dog.
