Groot is a goofy and loving dog, that needs a high energy friend. He is not a big fan of very small kids, but young kids/teens are his best friends! A household experienced in training dogs with some small behavioral challenges, would be best. He has grown up with other dogs, and done perfect with them, but he hasn't been around dogs outside of his current family, so unsure of how he'd respond. He has not been introduced to cats. If he finds a comfy spot to lay and doesn't want to move or thinks someone will take his spot, he has a tendency to growl, but has never done more than that. His biggest flaw is that he will mark things when left unsupervised. Even with a doggy door and free access outside. He is used to doggy diapers, which would be included in his adoption. His favorite treats are ice cubes. He likes to play with rocks. He would do best in a home that has someone with a lot of love and cuddles to give him. The more attention and playtime he gets, the better he behaves.
